Chefs Quality Cajun Seasoning 6 LB

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this seasoning for years and love the flavor! However, I’ve noticed my last two purchases of this product the container seem to be less than.

I can use this spice on any meat or fish. Very tasty. I mix it with flour for salmon and chicken to give those meats a bit of a crust.

Good price and size but didn’t enjoy flavor . Lower quality

This Cajun seasoning has such great flavor! We love it!

Chef at a restaurant, this product is a major respiratory irritant, the spices are ground too fine and cause discomfort for the entire staff when used. May be fine for very controlled use in soups and sauces. Flavor is great, but staff hate using it. It’s like pepper spray in the prep area when used, runny eyes, burning in lungs and sneezing.

It's not sealed and super salty right now. I've been ordered from you couple times already. Recently the products are not good.
