Elsa possesses the power to create ice and snow at will, adding a whole new meaning to the phrase: cold shoulder. Review: Wonderful figurine that is even better in the game...even though my daughter now beats me all the time. - My 8-year old daughter loves Disney Infinity and Frozen (crazy that a 8 year old would love Frozen, right? haha). So, I decided to buy her Elsa as another character for the collection. First, I will say that the figure itself is very impressive. I have been very impressed with the design of the figurines. Seems unimportant for the game, but I can tell it was pretty exciting for my daughter. The figure, like all of them, are well-made and will not just break on its first drop. And with a two-year old son running around, this is critical. But again, great looking figurine. Second, as has been mentioned, it is important to know that Elsa does not work in the actual playsets, only in the Toy Box. My daughter loves the Toy Box especially where there are some pretty good Frozen community-made maps out there and Elsa works great even in non-Frozen ones (be sure to download some of those). But, this is important to note, so wanted to mention. Third, the character is great in action. She has become my daughter's favorite character now, partly because of its frustratingly effective special move. My daughter is clearly much better at this game than me, but I cannot tell you how many times I was frozen running away from my daughter as she gleefully froze my character in place. But boy, her laughter freezing her Dad was worth the price alone. Fourth, Elsa works in Infinity 1.0 and 2.0 in the toy box. I had no issue at all on our new 2.0. Overall, they did a great job with this figure. Shipping was great (maybe a little overboard desertcart...boy, Elsa could have survived the Ice Age in that box with all the packing), figurine is wonderful, and the character is a really powerful one, capable of freezing Dads everywhere and melting their hearts at the same time (okay, I like Olaf...I could not resist). Only negative again is that she cannot be in the play sets, but I get why the characters cannot. Hope she gets an official play set of her own soon...Disney, that is like printing money. haha. I was happy to receive Elsa from Disney's Frozen because my daughter has become a fan of the character. The figure is also a beautiful depiction of the character and is a pleasant display as well as a usable character of the in game. There are a numerous number of figures in which I am going to purchase for my daughter and will be a gift idea for anyone with children you have the game or may not.
