Not water resistant at all. However it drys quickly.

Q: My company requires me to wear these kind of shirts, its summertime and was wondering if these remain cool in 80F temps and above?

If you wish to stay cool I would recommend you get the condor shirt in the this same style the materials are much better at keep you cool and breathable also they offer long and short sleeve this shirt is hot cheap shrinks when dried and it hugs under arm pits
