I brought this last year for dulmem's delivering joy where dulmem get together with Charities and people in need to make sure that everyone has a gift for Christmas.It is exactly as described and it is as cute as it is fluffy.It is a good quality and good value for money would definitely recommend and is a good size for both medium and small dogs including puppies I can't say if it's durable as the puppies use it to snuggle with

Our 10yr old cavapoo absolutely loves these skunks. It's the only toy he plays with. However give him 30mins and the head will be ripped off. It certainly doesn't last unless you keep telling them off for chewing it. But that's what it's for afterall

We have had this toy for 3 days now and my Cairn Terrier's life revolves around it. That means my life has to as well. From the time she wakes till when she goes to bed, there is one thing on her mind. Let's play with 'Chippy', the unstuffed Chipmonk. Seems quite sturdy and the squeak in Chippy's head is still squeaking after about 5,000 squeaks so far. Husband about to have a nervous breakdown if it doesn't break soon. Sorry, got to go now, time to play with Chippy again ..again .. again. Great Value.A Great Toy!UPDATE 11th December. The chipmonk is definitely looking like 'a road-kill' but that is because it has been loved and squeaked every day over and over again. Squeak still going strong.As far as pet toys goes this is now her Number One Favourite, even beating Teddie the squeaky Meerkat.UPDATE 24th December. Finally had to wash 'Chippie' - it had become unacceptably bedraggled and smelly through being loved so much.Would it survive?Hand washed (avoiding getting the squeaky head too wet) and left to dry on radiator, Despite it somehow falling to the floor on two occasions whilst still wet (with one guilty dog lurking nearby) now fully dry and back in loving paws and, according to my husband, 'regrettably with squeak fully intact'.Result: One Happy Dog.UPDATE: 16th June 2013. Well, I bought 'Chippy back in October, we are now some 8th months later and ................. it still gets used at least 3 times a day, every day. Despite numerous washes and squeaks still going strong (but definitely still looking like 'the road kill on the side of the country road'. Best buy by far.Date now is 27th November 2014 and if anyone is just a little bit interested, here is the final update for Chippie, the unstuffed Chipmonk, and also Funny Bunny, the other great unstuffed toy sold by this Supplier on Amazon. Last week I had to finally throw Funny Bunny as it was minus its squeak and torn into two..........but still loved oh so very much. But my littler Muppet is loyal to the bitter end and I can inform anyone who is still reading ..... she still has Chippie, wait for it .. yes, with squeak intact and working as new when bought in Oct 2012, still brought out again and again on a daily basis, with a gentle paw placed on my leg to draw attention to it's time for play time again .... but yes, it still looks like road kill. So the question is - will she know that her Christmas present this year will be Chippie 2 as I think it is now time for Chippie 1 to be cremated.... Rest In Peace Chippie 1.

I have given less stars for sturdiness and durability because it is a dog toy and will therefore not be treated with respect! It was lovely and soft and my border terrier loves it so I will just have to replace when it gets too manky to keep. Would recommend for a happy recipient.

My dog enjoys this toy, its not necessarily a favourite but it something different for her to play with. I like the idea and the texture of the toy, unlike the kong cozie I purchased the fluff stays soft despite being covered in dog saliva. The little string at its neck did break after 5 minutes of use, but I wasn't surprised. Apart from that it has stood up to some vigorous play sessions and hasn't torn. It is however quite expensive for what it is, being unstuffed it shouldn't really cost as much as a stuffed toy. You are really paying for the style more than anything. Otherwise you could easily get some soft material and make a long style toy yourself.Edit: Leg has torn off partially now, I will repair it but it hasn't taken too much time to damage this toy.

Our dog is very selective when it comes to toys and her favourite has always been the "roadkill" fox (similar to this one, just a fox and longer "fur").On holiday she saw bunnies for the first time and was totally excited about them, so we wanted to find a bunny toy.This does not have any noise making stuff inside, it really has no filling at all in the body, but the "fur" is really soft, the body is very long and it now is her favourite toy ever.Our dog is not a toy chewer, she mostly nibbles her toys, so not sure how durable it is for dogs that are a bit more rough, but we do play tug with this toy too, just not too wild, as I feel it could tear apart, but so far it is as good as new.

This is a fantastic toy if, like me, you own a puppy who one moment wants to cuddle up to a comforter and then the next wants to chew said comforter into a thousand million pieces! My 5 month old cavapoo has been able to rip or tear most of his other unstuffed toys but this one is still going strong with minimal signs of damage: the eyes have become a bit ragged, but they haven't come off and the rest of the body is still 100% perfect. The chipmunk "fur" is very silky (well, it was before being covered in puppy spit!) and soft on a dog's mouth. It is light enough for any breed to carry easily, and is also quite long in length which seems to enhance my pup's enjoyment of shaking and throwing it. The squeaker in the head is very large, loud and robust -- still working perfectly after a lot of chewing. Really fantastic item that I'd highly recommend!

My pup has had this toy for a few weeks. She hasn’t had too hard of a time ripping up the stitching and tearing out the stuffing. The only reason it’s lasted as long as it has is she has lots to play with. I wouldn’t recommend for destructive dogs but the material overall is much tougher than the standard plush

This toy has been our Pug's favorite for years. We could no longer find "Sheepy" in the states and the blue one he had was getting pretty beat up after chewing the ears off. We were ecstatic after finding this company and ordered two immediately. Mind you, this was after a few years of searching! All of his other toys sit in the corner but he almost treats these as his babies as you can see in the picture. No, we did not pose them that way. He truly just loves them that much! So thankful!!
