Recently I had some surgery that would make me left handed for a couple of months. I'm right handed. Anyway, fastening my sweat pants strings with one hand is almost impossible. I figured to swap out the string with this cord and then use the string locks would then be tight enough to push off and pull on my sweats. It took a bit of trial and error but I figured out how to make it work. I also used the string locks on just regular sweat pants strings and that worked for me too. All of these materials have a sturdy feel to them and feel of quality.

Bought this to modify a backpack for a water bottle holder. Worked as I expected

The thickness of the cord is larger than expected for the face masks I’m sewing.

I fixed one of my cloth pouch with it (made a new zip) for my instrument, so the bag did not go to waste.Also made a strap for a boxed tissue to secure it to the back of the passenger seat. Works great.If/when my camping bag breaks, I plan on using it to fix it as well.

I am satisfied with these items, though thicker than I was expecting. My fault not theirs because of size I ordered.
