OK ok product I have one issue that we don't have any control on temperature

The product did not have any manual but it works good. The temperature was good and could feel the heat within few minutes. Value for money.

There's no guide book. First time users need it and also should know dos and donts.

Buy this and save your money which you spend in expensive salons.

I found this product okayish because its more of a heating pad thing rather than a hair spa cap. Using it for 10 -20 min can lead to head ache. Since its a non returnable product I'll have to use it somehow. I think it will be better used with a hot water wet towel wraped around your hair and preheat this product for like 2-5 mins and then use it after plugging it out because am not sure about the safety of the product on wet hair.
