Illuminate Your Landscape: Quality Wire for a Brilliant Outdoor Experience.
In the realm of outdoor landscaping projects, the quality of materials is paramount. And in our recent endeavor, the direct burial landscape light wire we procured became a star player. Boasting robust construction, it met our criteria both in terms of price and performance. The industrial-grade PVC insulation is a testament to its durability, ensuring longevity even in demanding outdoor conditions. As a 2-wire product, it further simplifies installations. A thoughtful touch is the distinctive design of each wire: one side is smoothly finished, while the other bears grooves, making identification a breeze during setup. However, there's one aspect where the product could be enhanced — its packaging. The wire is sheathed entirely in plastic, and accessing it requires completely removing this protective cover. This might sound like a minor quibble, but when you're deep into the intricacies of landscaping, unwrapping the wire can become a tangled chore, leading to unintended project delays. In conclusion, the landscape light wire has much going for it, and I'd consider repurchasing it for future projects. But a packaging redesign is to facilitate easier unspooling and more convenient storage.

Great Quality
This wire is made very well and worked great for what I needed it for. Do your research on which wire you need for the amount of wattage of lights you have before purchasing wire.

As advertised but hard to split
Arrived quickly and seems to be of good quality, thick coating while still plenty of flexibility. Biggest issue I had is in splitting the wires. I used a blade to split down the middle and was tough to separate without having to use a knife the whole way. Because of this I had issues with splicing through coating and exposing the wire a few times. Would be nice if were able to split them easier. Hopefully taping them up tightly and connecting lights at exposed point won't cause durability issues.

Well made for outdoor use.
Very heavy coating to protect wiring from the elements. Stripping was easy and worked well with wire protectors.

Hard plastic, not cold weather rated
Cable in Canada needs to be cold flex rated, otherwise micro cracks develop when wire is flexed in cold weather. This is especially important to low voltage wire (12 VDC, 1 amp) as any losses kill the system. There is no cold flex rating indicated on wire or packaging material. This wire will likely work in Florida and tropics, but I doubt its recommended for Northern climates.

Good quality
Great quality wire, with a good quality insulation. Splits and strips well. As good as the stuff I buy from professional landscape lighting suppliers at less cost.
