I've given them as gifts. My wife bought it for me many years ago. J use it to keep my head at a steady temperature while I sleep. I haven't had a sinus infection since. I'm not sure why. It's wasn't the intention but a discovered benefit. It starts out kind of tighton the head. But is like a warm blanket that stays on.
