Light and great quality
I needed more ankle support than my hiking boots provided. After reading the reviews I decided to give these a spin. I ordered a little larger pair based on lots of sizing comments and glad I did. The run a little small. I normally ware a size 9 US Mens nd wit with a size 9.5. At a half size larger the fit was a little tight but I will break them in nd believe they will work for me.. I like that the rubber soles are Michelin since these are the only tires I buy for our two cars. I do have a little hand coordination issue so I needed boots that allowed for stretch laces to be added (hard for me to tie a knot). These work great. Recommend

Light, Waterproof, stylish.
Needed a lightweight boot for work. I am in Recreational Vehicle Sales and in Wisconsin. I am not outside for long periods of time wanted something waterproof and somewhat stylish. These fit the bill. When I first put these on I thought they were too narrow however after loosening the laces and wearing for a few hours they fit my feet like a glove.I would not recommend for long periods of cold but for my needs they work. I hope this helps someone in deciding whether to purchase or not.

Great boot
Loved these boots. Went on a 60 mile, 5 day trek in the Andes with these after only wearing them about three times. Little to no break in period needed. At the end of the day my feet weren’t destroyed or fatigued. Very comfortable, especially light and well made. Only had to make minor adjustments as to where the tension on the laces was most prominent (mid foot as opposed to upper) to address some ankle discomfort. They look great too, tons of compliments.

Just didn't feel good.
The first pair I ordered were quite uncomfortable in the midfoot and the "break" (where the toes bend). Ordered a replacement pair and had different issues. this time it was uncomfortable in different spots, the break was fine but it was pinching in on a different side in the midfoot. I am not impressed with the build quality as it seems that the size, shape, differs between shoes. For example, I tired them on early morning, at then end of the day when your feet are at their greatest size due to normal swelling. Every time they just were not comfortable. These may work for some feet but I felt like they were just extremely narrow (I have normal width feet). Only reason I decided to give these a try is they were only $72 at the time. Not worth anything more than that IMHO. Stick with Salomon or a known hiking brand.

Runs a little small, but virtually no break-in period. Solid boot, so far..
I wear boots 6-7 days a week, 50-60+ hours a week. I'm working in a remote location in the Aleutian Islands off the coast of Alaska. So I see a lot of cold weather, rain and snow. I need something comfortable, waterproof, and fairly warm. These boots are definitely comfortable, and waterproof, but not the warmest. The materials are pretty thin, to be honest. That does makes them super flexible, and light weight, but when walking in deeper snow, they are a little cold. Also, I found the sizing to be a little snug. I've worn the same size shoe for the past 20 years, and these are one of the smallest running pair of shoes that I have ran across, in years. So if you plan on wearing these in colder locations, with thick socks, be warned. For comparison, my last pair of boots where the Under Armour Men's Infil Hike GORE-TEX. A lot to like about that boot as well. Again, another comfy boot with virtually no break-in needed. The downside was they only lasted about 9 months before they started coming apart, or I would have purchased them again. The laces on that boot also were very round and hard, and would NOT stay tied. The laces on the Under Armour Men's Verge 2.0 Mid are much much better. The Under Armour Men's Verge 2.0 Mid can also be taken on and off without completely unlacing the top section of the boot. That's a huge time saver, and allows you to just slip the boot on, cinch up the top few laces, and off you go.Overall, In the 2 months of owning this boot, I'm more than happy with my purchase. lots of traction, lots of compliments, and just a boot that gets the job done, while you forget about them and get your job done.Had to knock off a star for the thin materials in the cold weather, and running small. I will update my review as needed.

beautiful and comfy boot!
this is my 2nd pair of under armour boots and 3rd pair of under armour shoes. I have an 11 in my other boots, but these the 11 was too small, so I exchanged for an 11.5. strange. so I guess these do run a lil small. my other UA shoes are an 11.5 however, so I guess this brand doesn't have consistent sizing for their shoes? regardless, I LOVE THIS BRAND of shoes and boots, always SOOO Comfortable, stylish, and light weight. I love this brand and these boots are sick.

They are tight but, I'd say they are true to size.
Other reviews are correct, these do seem slightly smaller than the size, maybe half of a half size. Mine have broken in fairly well, but they are stiff They do seem to run narrow. Otherwise, these are great. They are comfortable to wear all day and breathable, the tread grips well to most all surfaces, even algae covered rocks. The waterproofing works 100%, but only until about the top of the ankle.

Lightweight, Comfortable and Protected!
It was a good thing I read the reviews first and followed the suggestions to get a half size bigger! So I ordered a half size bigger and the shoes fits very well. The shoes are very light weight, fits like gloves on my feet and very comfortable! With the cushions my feet feels very protected! It’s the best high cut hiking shoes I have so far!
