This pillow has been a great solution for me. My baby would only sleep on my arm. Unfortunately she has gotten so big that she’d cause a lot of pain in my arm as well as my arm falling asleep. If I tried to move my arm out from under her, she’d wake up and start crying. This has been a great solution. Not only does it protect my arm from being squished and the pain associated with it, I can now slide my arm out from under her and she doesn’t feel it! I feel like it’s the perfect size for her little head, though I could see how if this were meant to fit an adult woman’s head or an adult man’s arm, it could be quite small… perfect for our needs though!

Although it's not perfect, it has already helped me. Without it, I sleep on my right arm and wake up with a lot of pain in my elbow. After two nights using this pillow, my pain has decreased significantly. It's not the most comfortable, but I'm not sure anything would be perfect.

I like the pillow cause it does help with cuddling and my arm hurting afterwards. The problem though is the pillow doesn't have much cushion and isn't the softest so my neck hurts a bit. Also the pillow isn't long lengthwise so if you move around while sleeping its not for you. I think the pillow has the right idea but could be executed better.

If you sleep on your side and have shoulder pain, this is a MUST have pillow. It has changed my life!! I thought I needed to see the dr about my chronic pain. It is gone! This pillow is amazing!!

I returned this. I bought it to try with my partner. What I think is supposed to be the space for his arm is wayyy too small for an adult man. Beyond that the surface area is so small you couldn’t roll over and stay on the pillow. You can feel the plastic frame through the pillow but I didn’t really have that much of an issue with that feature.

I purchased this pillow to assist me in back sleeping after hand surgery. It did that, especially when I added a roll pillow for under my knees. As I could sleep more naturally (for me), this pillow has followed along. It is a great way to prop my wrist up for support; I love to sleep with my right arm under the curve with my left hand propped next to my head on the pillow. It is perfectly firm and keeps its shape. The cover is washable. My only warning is not to let your dogs near it--they look at it as if it is a toy. They would love to go play with it!

Definitely glad I ordered the “grand” because it’s still only a little more than half the size of a standard pillow. My whole big noggin probably wouldn’t fit on the regular size from what I can tell. Also has no internal support, I swear I read that it did but apparently I confused with another one…Either way the foam is the denser body heat reactive kind like the original “astronauts use this to withstand g-force” mattress from the 90s (I used to sell those ones and have one in my room today, love that Astro-foam!) so it does keep some pressure off the husband’s shoulders and spine nerve damage thanks to his army days, but it doesn’t provide a bridge per se. The cover it comes with is a basic terry style zip up, so I would definitely recommend getting a moisture resistant one for over that since the pillow itself is not washable. It worked beautifully as a travel pillow on a 6-hour flight recently as well, can be a seat or lumbar or upper back or neck pillow depending on how you decide to place it. All in all, we’re keeping it, but definitely not a home run broad shoulder saver.

In theory cool.. but turned out not to be on my end. Little stiff and small but others may like it more than myself. Ended up only using it for about a week and now it's just been floating around the house for the last 6+ months.
