Works perfectly fine, every button does what it should. The voice control didn't work at 1st BUT when you go to the setting and pair it up (hold volume down and voice button for 3 seconds it's all good.

Since posting my initial review I've contacted the seller (RC-2000) about the problem and they couldn't have been more helpful. Initially they asked me to try a fix, which unfortunately didn't work, but then posted me a working replacement remote with no further questions asked. That arrived today and works perfectly. Very happy with the aftersales service that I've received and have increased my star rating accordingly.Original review - Looks exactly like the Sony remote I needed to replace, although the printing on a couple of the buttons is a bit iffy. All main TV functions, as well as Netflix, etc., work as they should, but.....no voice control, which is the reason I went for this particular model. The button just doesn't work. It's as if there's nothing connected underneath when you press it. Maybe I should have spent the extra ten quid and got an original manufacturer one! Will keep this one, but if voice control is an important function for you, just be aware of this issue.

This is a replacement for the original remote control which broke down. The delivery was very quick - necessary because it was difficult to access the TV without it. The remote works as well as the original although it has a slightly different layout. The only problem is that the TV button is below the down arrow and I've hit it, more than once, by mistake and ended up back with the TV screen rather than the internet programme.

Very quality product feels like original buttons feel good maybe at times very sensitive but overall great. Easy to use value for money good connectivity

I bought this product to replace my Sony TV voice, remote control. The voice button works, but nothing else works, which is quite useless. I’ve tried different codes and various things I saw on YouTube but still no joy. I would like to be able to use the other buttons on the remote control for the price that I paid.

Remote build quality is satisfactory. Voice recognition spot on. All buttons working.One button faulty. It switches itself to Google Video anytime you touch remote. Too sensitive. Iam about to remove this button with a pliers or cut it out with scissors. Every time I try to pause or adjust button exit to Google video. I don't even use it. Annoying :(

All functions work well and the back cover sits tightly, which the original has problems with. Also the surface is rougher and therefore has more grip.

Ich bin kein großer Rezensionenschreiber, aber diese Fernbedienung ist absolut klasse! Die originale ließ in ihren Funktionen nach und die Mikrofontaste funktioniert überhaupt nicht mehr. Für mich ist diese aber sehr wichtig. Die Ersatzfernbedienung funktioniert einwandfrei, auch wenn man sich an den "Kreisverkehr" in der Mitte erst gewöhnen muss. Dafür ist die Fernbedienung aber wesentlich kompakter als das Original, ich als behinderter Mensch mit leichter Greifschwäche kann sie besser halten und sie liegt auch sicherer auf dem Tisch und fällt wahrscheinlich nicht mehr so oft runter. Die Mikrofontaste funktioniert ebenfalls sehr gut. Man muss sie allerdings über die Bluetooth-Schnittstelle mit dem Fernseher verbinden. Die Beschreibung, wie das funktioniert, liegt leider nur auf Englisch bei Dies ist der einzige Wermutstropfen und es sollte noch eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung beigelegt werden. Ansonsten ist das Produkt top und ich bin richtig gut zufrieden!
