It works! I have had lots of skin tags and used this when I got it, first of all it dosent tell you in the instructions how to use it exactly. Because i couldn't get it to work, so found out on Amazon that while using, you actually hold down the button in order to work. I just lightly ran it over the tags and it looks like they are now about to drop off. I havent used it for freckles or skin spots as some are large and really all your doing is burning the skin. It doesn't really hurt but I got the smell of burning skin. But it does work for the tags, if anyone has any tips to share about doing the freckles which are on the back of my hands id appreciate it. Glad i bought it though.

Easy to use..Have used it on my neck where I had lots of moles/ now I have none…Most moles had dropped off within a couple of days.I had purchased the numbing cream but found that I didn’t actually need it… as the device causes only a very slight stinging sensation…I wouldn’t use on my face… would rather have this area done professionally.Very happy with this product … have recommended to friends

This pen is brilliant. I have had a skin tag under my eye that's been getting bigger over the years. I have been so conscious about getting older and the little tag under my eye was getting to me big time.I was a bit scared about using the pen but once I got the hang of it my tag was gone within 10 minutes and the scab fell off in a few days and now I have nothing but a tag free under eye. Very happy and thrilled I didn't have to pay the £300-£500 to get it removed professionally.

I have no idea how to use this save for the illustration on the Amazon page. The brief instructions included are total gibberish. They appear to be badly translated and full of random words that have no bearing on the useage. The adaptor for the needles does not fit as far as I can see.Total waste of money.

It is well made and has a useful LED light at the top.It has 9 different strength levels but the lowest one, level 1 is still too strong compared to a previous one I was using and that is not good when you need to act on more sensible parts or of you need to be really precise.Stronger levels are insthead ok.

I highly recommend 👌 even managed to reduce my small but annoying chest keloid by nearly 50%! I am so happy! It really was just an experiment but worked magic. I wouldn't be surprised if I manage to get rid of it completely at some point 🥰 Works really well with moles too. You just need to start with small things to gather some experience.

Amazing product ! Used several times. I love it now I’ve got used to working it. Highly recommend but buy alcohol clinical wipes to clean the skin area before and after and make sure you sterilise the needles etc with hot water boiling water. Keep it all sterile while using and you will get great results and save a fortune.

Not that impressed with results. Probably better products out there so maybe look at those and pay a little more. I Have used on various sized moles, freckles & dark spots. Most are still visible with little change. Maybe if used the highest setting I would get better results but its quite painful and I think I have high pain threshold.Instructions are laughable, the ENGLISH translations makes absolutely no sense.

Pues iba yo con un poco de desconfianza, a priori la aguja pues a ver, da un poco de miedo. de momento solo he usado las finas y me he quitado ya 4 acrocordones, han desaparecido totalmente. No he probado con lunares de momento, me da más respeto. Pero pienso seguir quitando los acrocordones, doler no duele, a ver notas como una raspadura, luego si que duele un poquito como una quemadura, pero yo me puse pomada cicatrizante y desinfectante y ya ni me enteré.La verdad es que por el precio yo me volvería a arriesgar, tengo un montón de acrocordones por el roce y esos te los quita en un plis plas.Contenta con la compra.

Para mi, lo único bueno de este aparato es su diseño.No quema la más mínima verruguita por peque que sea y por mucha potencia que se le de. Con el cabezal plano no tiene fuerza de transmisión y con el cabezal de punta quema lo justo. Pero tan justo tan justo, que la verruguita pediculada (de las que salen en el cuello por roce de cadenas), se cae a medias y se revitaliza.Mal!Además, ya solo a la 5 potencia, da descargas que no te esperas y que atraviesan la bonita y poco eficaz carcasa del lápiz.Para cuando la he tenido totalmente probada, un mes aprox, la garantía ya había caducado.Una lástima de dinero tirado.

Quema un poco el láser, te deja una pequeña cicatriz que la curo con un poco de vaselina o pomada y listo, funciona perfecto.

Lo compré sin ninguna expectativa, y estaba convencida de que no funcionaba. Cual es mi sorpresa que si que funciona!! además el aparato es muy bonito
