It's been good and usefull product for long travel proper hardness and proper neck support.

Stitching could have been better. Fabric is soft and foam is good quality. Packing it in the bag is a bit of a hassle. Eye mask is average. I feel ear plugs don't do much, better off with ANC earphones.

Quality of this neck pillow is average only. Don't expect much output

I don't know why this pillow has haters.1) it is soft and fits well2) fabric is good quality, stitch is proper... I will update this review in case of wear tear in future3) there is a button at end and hanging hook4) I ordered the 200 rs one so not getting blindfold was to be expected due to price rising to 280 for blindfold (minus the delivery + tax charges) I am satisfied. Every luxury item I got from amazon in this picture and I am truly grateful for their quality, guarantee and integrity in delivering us the best.

Product quality is good, worth of buying it.
