Great value!!!
Very pleased with this item. Great design and looks the part. Wider at the base so gives a good solid platform and less likely to knock over. Very easy to programme...download the user manual and follow it.Sensitivity on both DAB & FM very good. Made in China although well designed in the UK. JUST HOPE IT LASTS and the Chinese manufacturing is as good as the UK design . 3 year warranty after registering on the maker website (easy). Might well buy another!!!

love, love, love this radio
Arrived in a super quick timescale. I plugged this radio in, and all the stations were there, so no tuning in was necessary. There are loads of stations to choose from, just scroll down until you get to one you fancy which also means it is very easy to change to stations. With other digital radios I have owned, I always needed to get the instruction manual to check how to do it as they have been quite complicated, so tended not to bother. Lovely, sleek design and the sound is good too. The time is displayed when the radio is turned off showing a trendy, sleek clock, If you don't want to see the clock when the radio is not being used, just turn it off at the plug socket. A really good radio at a really good price.

Decent radio, could use a dial
The positives here are simple: it sounds pretty good, it found all the available stations without having to faff around with aerial positioning too much (we're not in a strong signal area), and it's quite cheap compared to others. The negatives are not critical, but they do have an impact:- There is no dial so everything is done by pressing buttons, or holding them down. Scrolling down a list of 30 or so radio stations becomes a bit tedious as a result.- There is no adjustment for tone, so if you want more bass or whatever then you're a bit stuck.- There is no quick preset selection. It would be good to have a few buttons to instantly select your favourites, but instead you have to press Preset and then click down the list to get to what you want. Our other DAB radio is a Pure Elan E3. It has none of these negatives, but it costs significantly more so it depends on what is important to you. I use this in my office and I only really listen to a few stations in the background so it's OK for that.

Good Sound quality.
I carry this radio around, so use purely on battery. 4X 2300mAH rechargeable AA lasts around 14 hours, enough for me.I live in Edinburgh and this radio picks up lots of stations, BBC4 and LBC are very clear without extending the antenna, very handy when carried around. The presents did not get lost when changing batteries, that's good. The only problem is there is no remaining battery shown on the screen, and the radio doesn't turn off itself when battery run out, kept running silently until totally deplete the battery.

Simple and performs better than some rivals
Compared to DAB from Pure that I have this model starts from power-on much more quickly and has a higher quality case. Menus are easy to use and very responsive. Changing channel quick and easy. Push button controls work well positioned on top so unlike some other models does not fall over or skid across the work surface when used one-handed. Recommended.

Great Radio - Poor Battery Life
I have been forced to purchase a DAB radio, as my station of choice has moved completely digital.I find this radio to have excellent sound quality, and it is easy to use. However, some channels have appalling reception, far worse than FM signals, and considering that digital radio is supposed to be crystal clear etc, it is more than a disappointment. Planet Rock, in particular, is almost unlistenable. It is rare to get through a complete song without the signal dropping or experiencing loud squawking noises. That said, that particular problem is more to do with DAB signals in general, as I have the same problem with the DAB in my car.The problem I have with this radio is that I need to run it on batteries, not mains electricity, as I use it in my bathroom. With an average usage of about 40 minutes a day, a brand new set of quality batteries (Duracell or Ever Ready) only last just over 3 weeks! I thought that the first batch were a glitch, but the same has happened again, so I am less than impressed. The change over to Digital Radio is going to cost me about £5 a month in addition to the cost of the radio, not good!

Great functional DAB radio
Sleek design. Easy to set up. Functional, user friendly control buttons on top of radio. Nice sound for it’s size. Love the illuminated information screen on the front. Also like the ease of selecting the required station from the list that appears on the screen.

Decent dab radio.
Just received today i have a couple of dab radios but this one seems to find the most stations with little or no faults. But needed this as i am self shielding in the spare room during this horrible time.Need this to keep some sort of sanity. So far so good volume is good but obviously at this price its not going to be perfect. Controls are easy enough to use it does come with pull out aerial at rear. I would recommend at this price .
