Very pleasant User Experience. App download and syncing via Bluetooth was a breeze. No fuss. User-friendly interface, elegant and robust product. Worth every rupee of the very reasonable and affordable price tag.

Highly inaccurate
The product was delivered on the promised date with nice packaging. The setup was fast, just needed to download, and install the dr trust scale app, and the device gets connected with Bluetooth. Creating an account on the app syncs, and stores measurements for future use. The first day everything went well with the product, created accounts for all family members, took measurements, and it seems accurate.On the second day slight variations were observed in back to back measurements. The accuracy gradually decreased day by day, and huge errors were accounted for. After almost a week or so, the device stopped taking measurements, showing random weights like 165kg, and then 32kg, and sometimes it gets saturated with Err message. Checked with power connection, and tried many times, but still the problem persisted. So, I was left with no other option than returning it. Never expected such an experience with a product from a brand like Dr. Trust. Now, I'm having the ActiveX Savy smart scale, and that's way better than this product.It's not the only product that was defective, one of my friend also purchased the same smart scale, and similar problem occurred there also leading to a return.I strongly advise those looking for a good smart scale not to consider buying this product seeing high discounts, and good overall reviews. Better invest some more, and go for good products like ActiveX, Hesley, or Omron. They are far superior than this smart scale in terms of measurement, software, connectivity, and hardware.

Bought a second machine as well for my other house.I use dr. Trip BP machine as well.They are the best .That's it.Also service is top .Got some issues in one of my machine's screen .They sent me a new one.NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Accurate weight but inaccurate body composition
The product and packaging is great. But the app reading is flawed... Fat % etc is not accurate.Although weight measurement is fine
