Why did you pick this product vs others?:Our dog has a sensitive stomach and sensitive skin. We originally had her on a skin and coat formula but switched to this and couldn’t be happier. She seems to be the healthiest she has ever been. Her skin issues are gone. Her stomach issues are gone as well. Both of our dogs are on this food. It is worth the price jump.

I’ve been using Purina Pro Plan Large Breed Dry Puppy Food for a while now, and my Huskies absolutely love it! The Chicken and Rice Formula is perfect for keeping her energized, and they can’t get enough of it.One thing I’ve noticed is that it helps keep their stool firm. No more dealing with runny stool, which is a huge plus! It’s great to see a brand that not only keeps my dog’s digestive system happy but also supports overall health.The 34 lb. bag on Amazon is a real steal. In stores, the same size is way more expensive, so this is definitely the best value. Plus, my dogs have shiny coats and don’t have that “doggy” smell, which is a big win!The kibble size is also perfect for large breeds like my Husky – not too big, not too small. It’s a great all-around choice for anyone with a growing puppy, and I highly recommend it!

We just got our little giant schnauzer puppy about 2 months ago and she has been growing like crazy! So far feeding her Purina Pro Plan has gone really well, she absolutely loves the taste of the food and it is super easy for her to digest as well! Each time we go to the vet they always recommend pro plan and are excited to know she is eating pro plan because she is at her correct weight, her coat is nice and shinny, her teeth look great and she is doing really well on this food. I will defiantly say we plan to keep her on pro plan forever!

My 6 month old boxer had the most foul smelling poops- horrid, and they were forever soft. After doing some research, I found out that it was probably due to the food he was on. I thought that what he was on (Blue Buffalo) was high quality but decided to switch to this one and see if it made a difference. We slowly integrated the change and now his poops are normal, solid and oddly enough barely smell (still working potty tracing so he has the occasional inside accident). He loves the food, has plenty of puppy energy, and it seems like it is working better for his digestion.

We use Purina Pro Plan products for our 3 dogs and 2 cats. We dont do boutique food. Only science-backed brands. Our puppy eats Purina Pro Plan puppy kibble but I recently added this large breed option to offer more variety and to make sure she is getting a large breed formula which I had been remiss on. She is an American/field lab. Large and lanky. Lovely coat, bright eyes, nice form. Silly, sweet, energetic.She is just over a year old now, and will be on puppy food for the most part for about another year. She doest love this as much as another one we get for her but she likes it when mixed together. And really she is a weird little eater (prefers to pick at her food) so I think she likes it just fine, but she likes her usual shredded option more.
