Took me 20 min to assemble (use a rachet) . Was pretty straightforward. Very sturdy, will definitely buy again!

I brought my first one and loved it I brought another two 2queens and 1full and they are so sturdy and easy to place together. The best part is if you move they are easy to take apart and don't have struggle with movement of bulky box spring that can't take apart. Absolutely love this box frame.Let me tell you about customer service was amazing I had Malika. Reason I need customer service was because I had a piece that was welded badly and bent in S shape where it was suppose to be flat. Malika made several offers as money off which I didn't want because I really wanted the product assembled and couldn't the way it was. So she helped me determine which piece it was and offered to send me a replacement piece which I accepted and when that took too long to ship out because they were short on pieces she had them shipped me a whole nother box spring which was amazing and accepted I still have the other frame for parts if I ever needed which I doubt because this is such a sturdy bed and don't see that ever needing and I did not have to pay anything for shipping or for the new frame Malika you were great thank you

This box spring is great. The assembly was pretty easy, as long as you know how the hardware works, and it’s very sturdy.The hardware uses lock nuts, so they are a little difficult to tighten, especially as it pulls the frame together. I used my own socket wrench instead of the wrench they provided to give more leverage. Just make sure you hand tighten the nuts at first to avoid cross threading.The thing is very sturdy. I’m a pretty large guy and it holds me and doesn’t even creak.The only negative thing I have to say is that the cover doesn’t have a tag to say top or bottom. So we had to try it two ways, but then it went on very easily the second way. Remember, it will be a little tight as it is supposed to be a tight fitting cover.Overall, it’s worth the price for a box spring that will last a long time.

I had to write a review to the manufacturing regards to the shoddy screw that came in the packaging but they quickly responded and sent me out additional screws to resolve the issue that's why I have to come back in give them an extra star for their quick turnaround but as far as the product itself it definitely get high scores their product just as long as they put in additional screws because you can't play with these inferior screws they have to tighten everything together and you cannot use power tools You have to use the throwaway hex tools and box runs that comes in the packaging You will take you a longer time but at least you won't strip anything or you can use the lowest slowest setting on your power tool and pay attention to what you're doing and you'll be okay either way their product will turn out perfect each time. Great product either way!

Great product—a little difficult to put together

I previously wrote a review about how this product seemed sturdy despite a terrible assembly process where the metal was bent out of place and how the screws were too small for certain areas, such as the middle base of the product. I was incredibly wrong about the sturdy part. After using for one night, my back somehow hurts more than it did when I was sleeping on a broken down traditional box spring. The queen size is not entirely accurate as it is too small for my standard queen bed frame, which I didn't think would be as big of an issue as it was until it turned my bed into a slip and slide. I tried some non-slip rug pads but those ultimately did nothing to help. Do yourself a favor and just go to a mattress store or order something pre built. It is not worth the hassle. I'm pretty sure the reviews that say it is an easy assembly are either planted or paid for.

The box spring is sturdy and easy to assemble. I love the fact that it came with assembly tools. This was well worth the price.

I went from a wooden box spring to this metal one! I was nervous it wouldn’t fit my bed frame but it did no problem! It doesn’t squeak! My bed is super level! Very happy with this purchase so far!
