Big Volume
It took some tubing and hose clamping to adapt to garden hoses but that done, it moves a lot of water.

Not a good product.
It would not lift water more than a few inches. Whenever I lifted the pump practically 4 inches above water surface, it lost prime. Perhaps I just got a lemon m, but not gonna take the risk and get another one. It seemed structurally sound. I guess the vanes lost vacuume

Not recommended for thicker liquids
I tried to use this pump on ethaline glycol. It pumped the fluid 3" past the pump. No lifting power.

Nice Pump - Sad Lack of Quality Control....
I plan on using this for transferring rain water. I tested it using my Makita 10MM plug-in drill. It showed a strong flow through 3/4" ID tubing but after a few seconds water started leaking profusely from the drive side outer seam. Turns out there's a groove in both side covers that holds the sealing o-ring in place which should provide a good seal under pressure, that is if it was correctly installed in said groove. As can be seen from the pictures one of the cover screws had it's way with that o-ring. This could explain the wimpy initial suction. As luck would have it the little bag of spare parts has a replacement o-ring, problem solved! Ignoring this minor inconvenience this design is light years ahead of those cheap garden hose type drill pumps and should last for many years.
