Great toy....for someone else's child.
This thing is very loud and obnoxious. I bought it for my grandson. His daddy HATES IT and ME. Mission accomplished. If it is for your own child, think twice. Someone else's......go for it. It would be best as an outside toy.

Cute
Good quality. Super cute. I just wish the "lowest" setting was lower :) also, the speaker works when it wants too. but my 3 year old seems to enjoy it.

Loudest toy ever- I win!!!
My neighbor and I have an ongoing battle. It started with one of those push mower popper things that kids push around the house, know what I'm talking about?? Those things are so annoying. But kids love them. Well- one day my neighbors son brought his over to my house, and him and my daughter were both pushing them around. And when she left, she didn't take theirs back home with them. GAME. ON. ...from this has grown the ongoing battle of the annoying loud toys. I bought her kids an annoying musical doctors bag kit, and then she showed me up with one of those refrigerator magnet toys that has like 1000 magnetic pieces that kids are constantly taking off the fridge and leaving on the ground. I've slipped on countless little fruit and veggie shaped magnets that sing songs- ENOUGH, this ends now. So what's the loudest most irritating toy that o could possibly get her boys?? THIS!!!!!! Hahahahahah!!!! I wrapped them up in cute Christmas paper with annoying jingle bells on the tags (oh I won so hard!), and you guys, the look on her face when her boys opened up those packages- PRICELESS! I promptly put 4 AA batteries (not included) into the megaphone and switched it on- oh, my, god- these things are LOUD. Like, hurting my eardrums with actual pain, loud. Hahahahahaha. Best toy ever.

Does not work
I purchased this product for my grandson for Christmas, along with firefighter uniform and ride on firetruck. The megaphone does not work, light shows it is on, but no sounds are coming out. The firefighter uniform did not come with the helmet as it was supposed to. Dress up America has totally disappointed me and my grandson. I will be reaching out to cyst service.

Quality Fun Product for Junior Safety Forces
My grandson just turned four. He loves getting dressed up and role playing: construction guy, train engineer, doctor, police and fireman. He has costumes for each of these. For his police outfit we bought the police megaphone. WeDidn't expect much, but were amazed at the quality. The voice was amplified and he loves giving orders! The siren is just like you hear on a police car. Addditionally, there is (thank goodness) a volume control because he uses the siren constantly when he rides his " police motorcycle" (his bike I outfitted with flashing neon lights) in the house. So for this past Christmas we ordered him the fire megaphone. It's the same quality as the police one and he loves it. It's an awesome little toy. We just hope he doesn't use them both at the same time--we only have one set of ear protectors !Joseph Drew

Very very loud
The megaphone does what it's suppose to do, be loud. Unfortunately, the siren is way too loud. The siren seems to be 2 - 3 times louder than the megaphone selection which is very annoying. In order to use the megaphone, the volume needs to be set to over 50%. If you accidently push the siren button at this level, you're not going to be able to hear anything for a while.Secondly, the latch for the batteries are not very well secured. Just a little shake and the batteries will fall out. I had to place some tape on the latch to keep the batteries from falling out.
