Having had other organic turmeric oils. I can say this product appears to be as good in quality. I mix it with other oils for maximum relief & anti inflammatory properties. I have applied it pre workout after straining my ankle & can say it is effective. Whether it's adequate is hard to say as I also take strong prescribed opiate painkiller. I always have the combo but do think the oils reduce inflammation quite well

I had read an article about frankincense oil to help with arthritic pain nothing ventured and so far I have been very pleased.I made up an essential oil mix with lavender and frankincense and apply it once or twice a day to my knee and anywhere else I have twinges.

Beautiful oils and excellent quality. I've bought a few different ones now alongside the Geranium which are Rose, Lemon, Clove, Ginger, and Grapefruit. I use them in my diffuser mostly. The botanicals to relax but the clove and ginger are always at the ready for a bit of 'bug' killing if I feel a bit under the weather. I'm very happy with everything and am looking forward to getting more!
