Magic Eraser for the Toilet Bowl
It truly is like a magic eraser. Our toilets had very unsightly multi-colored streaks and rings in the bowls - likely cause being the very hard water supply. We tried vinegar, baking soda, ammonia, bleach, and a slew of specialty cleaning products like Iron Out. Nothing worked and I was about ready to pay the plumber a thousand dollars to replace all of them. Then I saw a YouTube video about using pumice stone to clean toilets so purchased this low cost version from Amazon (comes with six "bricks") to try it on ours. They turned out to be very porous and light, and it took only about half of one "brick" to make our 3 toilet bowls sparkling like new (no exaggeration!). Make sure to wet both the stone and the porcelain surfaces before starting the scrubbing. It's slow going in the beginning because the stone's edges are sharp while the bowl's surfaces are curved, but once it starts to wear down a bit, the magic begins. It does take a bit of elbow grease, time, and a half dozen flushes per toilet, but the results were outstanding. I was a bit concerned in the beginning because the stone felt like it might be scratching the porcelain (you'll get the sound and the feeling of scratching), but as long as you wet and re-wet the stone (by dipping the end being used in the toilet water) frequently during the scrubbing, there should be no damage to the porcelain. It is still difficult to clean the inside corner under the rim because of the angle of the porcelain versus the shape of the stone, but I believe working with a smaller piece of the stone would be able to handle that better. Also, be sure not to use the stone to scrub the seats or any other plastic part - the stone is denser so it will scratch and ruin those surfaces. In any case, who knew spotless toilet bowls could make one so happy.

Great for cleaning toilets, may be tough to get under the lip/deep down
A fair cost for the amount given, though if you are just cleaning a single thing (in my case, a very dirty toilet) once and then keeping up with it after through other cleaning methods, you may end up with several more than you needed. That said, it is cheap an effective. I tried several cleaners before with a simple scrub pad and brush and couldn't get the stains out. I went ahead and used the sprays along with the pumice stone and it took it off with a fair bit of elbow grease.Wetting the stone in water and going fairly hard against the toilet and it worked away. I would occasionally wash off the debris to see what I had left. Everything was pretty simple with the exception of directly under the lip and the deepest bottom of the toilet. The pumice stone breaks apart fairly easy (as it is meant to), so scrubbing it along under the edge led to it being sort of pointed, which made getting under the lip a lot easier. As it got a bit smaller, reaching deep down to the bottom of the bowl where it empties out of the toilet was easier to get.So while it isn't some magical spray it once, wait, and flush for it to be cleaned, it definitely works. I was about ready to toss this toilet out as I didn't think the stains would ever get out, but now it is looking great. But it did take some effort.
