Works great for my aero garden

I used these Aerogarden Grow Anything pods to start my vegetable garden indoors. Some of the plugs weren't straight, making contact with the water an issue if I wasn't careful. I also had to make sure that the seeds went all the way down into the opening or else they wouldn't get the moisture they needed to germinate. I love that you put the paper lids on yourself and mark them -- I used a Sharpie -- to avoid any confusion about what you've planted.My tomatoes went wild in these pods in Aerogarden conditions, and of course I needed to transplant them not once but twice. The first time, I cut the plastic holder off -- use REALLY strong cutters -- and planted each in a peat pot full of seedling mix. Once they were established in the pots, with fertilizer keeping them going, and once the temperature was right, I hardened them off outside. After about five days of getting them used to the outdoors, I planted them in my garden. Not surprisingly, they've gotten a great head start on the season. I planted peppers and herbs in my second Aerogarden using these pods, and they did just as well.These require more care than do the ready-to-go pods complete with seeds, but they also give you more versatility when it comes to what you grow. Love this product works well items grow good

I have been a long time customer of AeroGarden and love their product. I own 3 AeroGardens. But the quality in recent years has gone way down hill. I bought a 9 pod set of Anything seed pod kit. When I opened the box the seals on top of the pods were a mess. Some were torn, some where on crooked, and most of them weren't sticking to the plastic. How do expect people to plant these when the seals are falling off and won't stay on? You need to work on your quality control, or I will need to look elsewhere for products for my AeroGardens.

Durable replacement pods that withstood some massive pak choi and basil roots. In the pic is an old model aero garden reservoir under led lights with the replacement pods growing pak choi in them.
