This product was recommended to me by a friend. This is my first time trying it, and I must say it has helped me in the line of work I do which tends to have me sweating and is physical. It provides me with the hydration and electrolytes to refuel my body. I would recommend this product to friends

I wasn't sure of the taste the first time I tried it, but once you know what to expect, it's actually pretty good. It's just surprising if you're expecting a gatorade-like taste, it's not that strong. I like it because it has much less sugar than many hydration/sports drinks.

This stuff works fantastic, I can feel a dramatic difference in my sustained performance. I race 2 hour off road dirt bike effects. I've tested a couple times of times practicing, using it and also not using it to see the difference and it's amazing. Without it, I'm feeling exhausted after the 1-1/2hr mark, with it, I can easily go the full 2hr without feeling tired and feel like I could go longer.

The flavor is light and not too sweet if you go with more water. Seemed to help in my last two races.

First bag was fine, but the second bag I got wouldn’t dissolve well, leaving large clumps. I tried everything but ultimately had to put it a blender and make smoothies. Thought it may be a bad batch?? No way to know. Trying other alternatives now.

What attracted me to the hydration fuel is how clean the ingredients are! It is so rare to find a product with such quality ingredients and no artificial fillers. Not to mention, it tastes great and works even better!!

Taste like dog poop. Chalky nasty taste. Won’t buy again.

Gives me a stomach cramp if taken before training. Provides moderate endurance. Flavor is ehh
