Breaks Easily
It broke four months after we bought it. Not only does it not hold the chip in, it only turns on when charging. Other than that, it's a good Mp4 player while it lasts.

I have bought 2 in the past 2 months and had to return both of them due to NOT working
the SD chip would NOT come outthe second one the buttons would NOT work, and the screen kept rolling to different functions and would NOT stop.

Waste of Money
I've had this item for about a month, and I've yet to figure out how to set it up. It's stuck on Chinese as the language, and I haven't been able to change anything. The instructions included with the item were so small, I couldn't even read them with a magnifying glass! I've have never had so much trouble trying to set up an mp3 player. I haven't been able to find instructions online on how to fix my problems, so I can use this. Back in the drawer, I guess, and chalk this up to wasted money.
