I bought a bunch of different types of these ear muffs to try and find ones that my daughter liked for school. She can get overwhelmed in loud situations.The sound cancellation level is pretty good, but I would not use them on a gun range for example. I did purchase some shooting ear protectors too that were better at canceling sound, but she didn't like them as much. The lower level of cancellation might be a boon for school, since it is easier for the teacher to get her attention than it would be with the shooting protectors. Still, they have a touch/gesture system to let her know when they need to come off just in case.They are OK in quality, you get what you pay for so they are less well built than some of the more professional ones I ordered that cost more. But, they are comfortable, adjustable, do the job, and she likes them for a reasonable price. The colorful shells are also nice. I couldn't get that in a higher quality muff.We now have 3 pairs, one for school, one for home, and one just in case. They have made a huge difference in her ability to stay in the classroom during loud unstructured time. If you are thinking about trying these for your sound sensitive kid, go for it. They aren't so expensive that you're out much if they don't work for you, but if they do then like me you will consider them worth their weight in gold.

Comfortable for toddler (3.5yo) not too tight. Worked great for fireworks in the front lawn on the 4th of July. Colors nice and bright

Very colorful. Fits better than expected. Son loves it. Takes them everywhere. Easy to use. Worth the money. Noise reduction is needed and we get it with this.

Bought these for my daughter a few years back. They work great and help with suppressing sounds, though it is not sound proof.

My son has sensory issues and this has been a life saver for when we have to go to events that can be a bit overwhelming for him. I have bought two. They are very cute and comfortable. He loves them.

My daughter is very sensitive to noise and picky about how things feel on her head. We’ve tried other headphones and they were either too tight, too heavy, or too scratchy. These are the first ones she’s comfortable wearing for more than a few minutes.They’re soft, lightweight, and the sound is clear but not overwhelming. She uses them for quiet time, car rides, and sometimes just to tune things out when things get too loud. I love that they help her feel more in control in overstimulating environments.Total mom win—wish I had found these sooner!

Quality product for my kids (bought three sets for a 7, 5, & 3 year old) to wear at airshow with Thunderbirds & F15s. Kids loved the cool colors & comfortable wear & being able to put on themselves. Carrying case is a nice touch.

Tight on my boy's head, just like all the other headphones. It's not as adjustable as I'd like and squeezes his head. As he's autistic, the squeeze is even worse for him. So he has to be in a lot of pain from noise to want to use these. Better than nothing.My son loves the orange and rainbow colors, they're his favorite colors :)
