Aluminum Oxide Spindle Sanding Sleeves, 4.5 Inch Length 80/120/240 Assorted Grit (18 Pack)

Jury's still out on these. I've only used the 3" sleeve on my Grizzly oscillating sander and it was very difficult to get the sleeve to go on. It was binding dramatically about 2/3rds of the way on. I had to tap it to finish fitting it. As for cutting, yeah, it does alright. What's going to happen when it comes time to replace one? Time will tell. . .

These are really tight on Ryobi bench top oscillating drum sander. Struggled to get on spindle and will likely need to cut off. Would not buy again.

You get three different grits for working with and they seem to work fine

I was sanding hard maple. Just trying to touch up a cut-out, not trying to remove material etc. Here were the results of these sanding rolls:80 Grit-sanded for less than 5 minutes, the roll started to separate badly.120 Grit-sanded for approximately 3 minutes. Roll started to separate and grit was falling off.220 Grit-Sanded for less than a minute. Chunks of grit falling off, and roll had just started to separate at the seam.These were rated at 4 1/2 stars and I read a lot of the ratings, I don't know if I got a bad batch or what, but will not order them again.

Found that unless you use an extremely light touch, the spindle sleeves have a bad habit of breaking the adhesive holding it together and coming apart.

They are ok, but you only get 1 tube in each grit. If you are needing to sand a lot in a certain grit you are out of luck.
