Great but pricey
I love these cookies but they are very expensive for cookies with brewers yeast. Adele Davis, in my childhood promoted brewers yeast. I don't know why they advertise as fenugreek-free, since fenugreek is an herb halfway between maple syrup and anise, but the cookies are delicious. I finally purchased brewer's yeast on Amazon and added it to my oatmeal cooky recipe because of cost..At my age,I can't evaluate them for lactation, but the herbal smell indicates they are likely to be good,

Helped me produce more milk
I tried these - it comes 6 in a pk - and think they work ok. It definitely helped me produce more milk but not like some of the other women were stating with the many frozen milk bags. I used to produce 5 oz and only get 3 oz out of each breast which my boy drinks more than that. I was hoping to get my usual 5 but maybe I just need to eat more cookies... So that's why I rated 4 out of 5.

Good for lactation
Loved these cookies as they help me get few more ounces. I like that it is not that high calorie as other cookies. They have big cookies and recommend one is. Half a cookie a day. I honestly took the full one as it’s very delicious. I got one cookie as an open pack and seller happily replaced it.

The lactation solution that’s a no brainer
Whoever first invented lactation cookies deserved a Nobel prize. I’ve never been one to make a ton of milk. Just enough and only for a few months and then I’m forced to switch to formula. This is the easiest and tastiest way to boost my supply and its best eaten in the middle of the night when nursing the little angel. Absolutely delicious and really works!

Meh
I bought these thinking they were similar to another lactation cookie I've tried. I was mistaken. These taste like cardboard and didn't make much of a difference with my production.

Tastes ok, a bit dry, but seem to help milk production
Not as tasty as I would have liked, these cookies were also pretty dry, but overall not bad when dipped in coffee! I think they helped my milk production a bit

Really yummy, I think they help!
These taste really good, and I think I'm able to get a bit more when pumping thanks to these! The only thing I don't like is that each cookie is 2 servings and I only want 1 serving a day, so I have half of a cookie in a wrapper that doesn't reseal.

Amazing !
2nd day using it and it helps so much with the milk I have produced 2ounces more than usual even with the slacker boob amazing product I prefer than milkymama to be honest
