I finished my first package. Ordering second one as l can't judge it only in 10 days. But l can tell that l'm not craving for food as before and digestion system is working better than before. Hopefully there will be change on my weight while using second package. I'm dieting at the same time.

EDIT - sadly after 2 days I woke up with a lot of stomach pain and then extremely bad diarrhoea for 24 hours. These tablets were the only thing that could have caused it so I’ve stopped taking them. Really disappointed by this.As someone with a few food intolerances I suffer from bloating and digestion issues so I’m always willing to try anything that might help, however had I known how many of these I’d need to take a day before ordering them I may have giving these a miss.3 tablets, two times a day. 6 tablets a day. Meaning the 60 tablets I ordered and assumed would cover me for 60 days are in fact only 10 days worth.Seeing as they’re here now I’ll give them a go for 10 days and see if they help (and will report back) but I’m already disappoint that there’s only enough to try for such a short time. It’s been a couple of days so far and they have seemed to help regulate my bowel movements which I can sometimes have an issue with, and my stomach looks and feels better for it.The tablets came in a resealable bag with a short list of ingredients (that match the ones listed above) and simple directions.The tablets themselves are an average size but a little dusty and didn’t taste that great when taking them. They’re manageable though.Overall I’m still quite disappointed in these especially for the price (£12.99 for 10 days worth) but I’m still hopefully that at the end of the 10 days they may have improved my digestion.

This supplement is based on Chinese medicine which I have an interest in whilst also being made in the UK so I don't have to worry whether anything overly peculiar has been added to the ingredients.There are 60 tablets (10 days supply) in the bag (at the dosage of three twice daily).Each tablet contains Jiang Huang (Turmeric), Dang Shen (Codonopsis Pilosula), Bai Zhu (White Atractylodes), Fu Ling (Poria Mushroom), Shan Yao (Chinese Yam), Lian Zi (Lotus Seed), Yi Yi Ren (Coix Seed), Jie Geng (Balloon Flower Root), Gan Cao (Licorice Root), Sha Ren (Cardamom Seed) and Bai Bian Dou (Hyacinth Bean).I have severe COPD which affects my energy levels daily and over time my activity levels have also dropped leading to weight gain. In trying to keep the rest of my body as healthy as possible I take a varied selection of supplements which includes a daily supplement for improving my metabolism and digestion. Recently I've been taking this *Metabolism maintenance* supplement in place of my usual one.The recommended dosage is to take 3 tablets twice daily with food. These tablets aren't too large and I manage to swallow them easily with a glass of water. I've had no adverse effects and as with most supplements the benefit of taking them is hard to quantify, however as an insurance policy for good metabolic health these tablets could have been a good choice if it wasn't for their price. £12.99 for 60 tablets equates to ten days supply ... this would total £39 per month. i’ve never taken anything like this before thought would have a go as i’ve really struggled with loosing weight this year so anything that can help or aid with it i'm up for trying. These tablets come in a shiny pouch which is resealable small in size and easy to swallow. I’m on day 10 of taking a supplement I am also dieting at the same time so I have lost 2lbs this week not sure if these tablets had helped with that however you have to take 3 of these once a day i did realise i was less bloated after meals . So i a considering purchasing some moreand test them out longer than the 10 days .

Okay firstly this is expensive for what you get which is basically a resealable pouch of 60 tablets. Sadly 60 tablets is not even a months supply as you have to take them 3 times a day so for 12.99 your getting just enough tablets for 20 days which seems expensive to me.Secondly I havent seen any difference in bloating, digestion, improved metabolism or weightloss - this could be due to the short time I took them or it could be that they dont work - with anything like this its hard to tell if you are only taking them for a few weeks.I've given 2 stars as they are compact and easy to swallow but personally I wouldnt bother with these
