My Fox: The Complete Series

I was excited to get this book for my 9 year-old boy since we read every night but I was disappointed to get one HUGE book, not the 6 plus one books. It looks as if someone had made the copies and put them together. It is black and white and it looks cheaply made. It is pretty expensive (40 dollars) for just one book. It is pretty heavy to hold while reading.----After a few weeks from my original review where I only judged the visual aspects I can say that I am not enjoying the book after several weeks that my child has been reading it daily. I bought it based on the great reviews but the story is about bullying and there are even some stuff that shouldn't be in the book like reference to cigars and beer or terms like '"orientals". I am also very disappointed that the fantasy of the talking fox is broken when a video of him talking is posted online.

My 9 yr old grand daughter absolutely loves this book and the stories. She is an avid reader but insists that Gramma read aloud to her..She says the Fox stories are better when "heard" and not "read".....Great book.

All in one volume is great.

I did not realise it was one big book way to big to be a paperback I thought they were 6 individual books

My boys are 7 years and 11 years old. We’re halfway through the complete book series and they love it. I find it enjoyable as an adult too.
