Been taking these for a while now, def do notice a small difference in my energy levels and recovery through day after running and lifting.

Great vitamin supplement. With it being 4 to a serving I'd prefer it in a packet form to mix with a drink in the future.

For the life of me I don’t know why they won’t use real folate in their multi. Beef up the b12 and zinc a bit. All in all a great multivitamin. I like to split up the dose by morning/afternoon. Due to what I mentioned above I am however in the market for a better one.

Was looking for a quality multi vitamin and this one checked all the boxes. Glad to buy it from a small business

I took one a day vitamins for a long time. I like these. I can't say that I have seen any improvements while taking them, but I always thought if multi vitamins as a long term health investment. I would like to see the price come down though. More than a dollar a day for a vitamin steep.
