My daughter has autism and went through puberty at age 10. She is small and petite and I bought size 11-12 but they were too small. These underwear are a god-send for special needs girls. My daughter has sensory issues and a bulky pad is not comfortable for her. So she wears these underwear with a liner or light pad and is fine on heavy days - she wears them alone on light days. I am buying more in a larger size because we cannot live without them.

My 11 year old uses these on her cycle days and absolutely loves them. Really easy to use and just rinse and toss in the wash without fabric softer. Hang dry and you’re done. These are Amazing for young girls.

We’ve ordered a variety of period panties for my 12 year old but so far these are the best. She has a moderate flow, but these last all day without a pad. We got the regular absorbency. She then showers at night and puts a clean pair on, and changes them again in the morning. There has not been any leaks. She says they are more comfortable than a pad and do not feel wet. She’s a competition cheerleader so these will be much better for an active lifestyle. For size reference, she’s 5’ 1”, 98 pounds, and a curvy but athletic body type, usually a size 14 girl. The 15/16 size fits perfectly, so they do run small. You will need to stock up, at least have 2 pairs per day. Wash in cold water, no fabric softener, and line dry. I know they’re expensive, but they are so worth it. It’s nice knowing you have supplies on hand, and don’t have to always keep buying pads. This is a really great option, especially for girls who are new to the whole period thing!

Daughter likes them. Good for when she feels like her period is coming, especially overnight. They are more comfortable than undies with a pad just in case. She does feel they are a little thick for use under leggings, as if someone could tell. I disagree and can’t really tell but realize it could feel that way and make her self conscious. She is 5’ 145 lbs for reference (curvy rear end).

Fit is good- works as expected- she is much more comfortable at school and feels cleaner AND better for the planet. I wish they had these when I was growing up.She is petite, about 75 pounds and thin as anything, we bought the extra small. They fit her well. Three pairs- and slowly buying more. They aren't cheap, but as they are great for the environment and lasting VS single use- they are a great investment. They clean well and are used in place of other products not "in addition to".

Genius idea for young girls as they first start their cycle. Gives them a sense of security as they are navigating becoming a woman. Well made, super aoft amd fits as expected.
