☆Great Product, Steller Customer Service☆
My clothing passion is out of control. Dead serious, master-bedroom-is-my-walk-in-closet sort of out of control. I've bought 15 or so of those cheapie store racks and overloaded and destroyed every single one. That's not an exaggeration.Amazon started showing me these closet organizers. At first I was opposed to spending $100+ dollars on an organizer because A) I'd need 15 of them and B) I'd definitely overload them and break them. But Amazon was persistent with their suggestions, and I wasn't clearing out enough clothes to remedy my situation (dude, I gotta be prepared to go ANYWHERE...even though I mostly hang out alone in my house like a boring old hermit, sewing.)So I broke down and bought two of the less expensive but sturdier sounding racks. I knew I wanted Vipek because I read a ton of reviews that said they held up well, I saw some of the big box brick and mortar stores also carried a couple models, and I'd heard they had great customer service if there were parts issues. Parts issues sounded common with these racks across brands and I had my worries about how sturdy they'd actually be, so customer service was key.I am so glad I chose the Vipek ones. My first two racks showed up in just a few days. I got out my rubber mallet and built the hell out of 'em much faster and easier than I expected. They stored TONS of stuff! And they act like it's not a strain at all! Hands down one of my wisest purchases of the last 10 years, and thats saying a lot considering my fashion addiction. I ordered 2 more within days, and covers too this time. There was a mistake this time with my order, and even though I had noted the reports of good customer service, I was skeptical and didn't expect much. I was wrong to doubt-- they heard my complaint, immediately fixed the issue, and went above and beyond in both their communication and action to resolve my problem. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say it was one of my best customer service experiences of the past ten years too. I tend to avoid making larger purchases online unless it's unavoidable. I don't want the hassle of a 3 hour call to some random underpaid customer service person who has lost faith in humanity because every other call is a jerk or a scammer, or the hassle of returning a large item to a post office and hoping it all goes well once it's out of my hands, and maybe I get my money back someday so I can try another product somewhere else. These guys showed they were worth the risk of those hassles, easy peasy.I'm now on rack number 6 and I'm currently cruising for racks 7 and 8. Number 7 is the final piece to my clothing room (less than half of what I thought I'd require!) and I'm purchasing #8 for my actual bedroom for coats and general storage organization. Number 9 is on the horizon for my sewing room, as I have garments flowing in and out for repair and fun alterations and it gets chaotic quickly. So far I've mostly purchased what looked like the sturdiest one, the one that has a 1 inch pole, is 45 inches wide with 3 clothing bars and two small shelves in addition to the top and bottom Bigger shelves. I keep forgetting the model number, V2s maybe? It's $118-$122 currently. I haven't weighed the stuff on them but I've probably overloaded them if we're going by those tidy example pictures on the listing. Your mileage may vary, but so far they are tough as nails for me.Every rack has at least one storage bin on the bottom shelf, books or shoes on the smaller shelves, little boxes/items on top, and the clothing bars are full. Not the polite version of full, either. Oh and I use little hooks to hang purses and scarves off the side. I made the front feet slightly taller than the back feet so there was no risk of forward tipping. By the time I got rack #6 putting them together was super fast. The instructions aren't detailed but I referred to the pictures when I had questions on the first couple. I rent and have to move more often than I'd prefer, and I'm thrilled at how easily I will be able to transport these. I got to say goodbye to some clunky old heavy dressers that were a real pain. Oh, the covers! I haven't employed them yet but I examined them and they appear to be better quality than ones I previously purchased elsewhere for use in a regular closet. These covers were made to fit a specific model (can't recall which) that I don't have. However reviews suggested they would fit some smaller older models, the measurements seemed good with what I have, and when I tried it on it seemed to work fine. I don't recall which rack I tried it on, but when I get to using them I'll try to update if I run into any issues. Thanks Vipek for helping me organize my chaos!

Great Closet Helper
I bought a house, and my 84 y/o mother moved in with me bringing all of her stuff. The small closet in her room is meant (at best) for a child's wardrobe and did not cut it for her for many reasons. So, I bought this to put in the room next to hers to give her space to organize her clothes in a way that she could see and reach everything. This goes together pretty easily and is sturdy once you get it fully assembled. (There are wall anchors, if needed.) The height of the 3 sections can be adjusted to suit what you want to store anda height that is reachable. I like that there is extra storage across the top and smaller spaces on the long side. I have her extra pillows/blankets across the top and totes of scarves and other misc. items that she uses in that section.

easy to put together. Holds 100 items!
Holds many more items than I thought it would. 100 hangers are hanging on it! After fixing it to the wall so it was sturdy, I'm extremely happy with it. So easy to put together too. Added a smaller shelf for shoes!

Closet Helper!
Very easy to assemble and fits way more clothes than I thought! There are some sharp edges on the metal and I did cut my finger while putting it together so, be careful.

Makes outfit selection more enjoyable!
Like a lot of us here, my wardrobe is massive so this is just one of several pieces I use to store my clothes. It is also my new favorite, by far. I've been having a lot of fun "dressing it up" so it is not just useful but actually fun to look at and scheme up outfits just by looking at it. :) So much more fun than clothes being hidden away in a closet and way better than a basic garment rack. Basically I use this rack to store my "cutest" clothes lol. (Basic tops and other clothes go in my dresser or inside a closet on shelves.) To finish the "look," I added a spotlight I got from IKEA. (Sharing two pics to show comparison of the lamp on and off.) Great quality too and love that it is adjustable, I use the wider rods for sleeveless and short sleeve tops (top rod) and long sleeve blouses/tops.

Nice addition to closet!
Sturdy, I have heavy nice clothes on it, folded clothes on the shelves, and storage up top. Fits great in a closet that's empty!
