Adjustment is not as easy on-the-fly as the original chest piece from eBags (now out of business) but that's fine, it's working well for me. Once you have the strap "dialed in" to your liking it works well if you and loop & tie the adjustment strap around itself to lock the strap in place (see picture). Glad I got the two-pack, I will definitely use the other strap on another bag.

I like this item, but it's a little long for the backpack that I have right now.

I use these to support a backpack leaf blower. It’s pretty heavy and these straps added to the shoulder harness stabilize the blower. Allows for more comfort when working.

I actually used this to replace the shoulder strap set and zippers that my dogs chewed up, worked great. I actually prefer the zipper, it is very grippy

Fits securely on bag

Backpacks are a pain if they don't have a chest strap. I assumed the pack I ordered had one. It didn't. I ordered these and they work great. Easy to install and the zipper pulls were a nice bonus.
