If you have teenagers, have them read this book. It contains thoughtful, mature information regarding relationships for teens. It's good for parents as well, so you know what your teen is going through.

Though aimed at young people (15-25 y/o) this book articulates the path to chastity and how chastity helps a person be happy. Good stuff. Though imbued with the spirit of Christianity it is accessible to non Christians as well

This book was so truthful about relationships and how the hook up culture is effecting us today. It really taught me who I am as a daughter of God, and both how I deserve to be treated and how I should be treating others. I highly recommend this book for college-age students like myself as this book had been extremely popular and helpful with my group of friends. It can be a fantastic read for all ages though, especially teens as they enter relationships. You won't be disappointed if you read this book!

Reading this book was such an amazing eye opener to how society skews our views of self worth, relationships and respect towards one another. Its easy to read and gives great encouragement and advice on how to live a more fulfilling life with relationships that not only honor our self worth but Gods love as well. I immediately gave to my boyfriend to read once I was done!

I have bought this book for several friends of mine, even when I wasn’t done reading it. It really changed my perspective on how I view myself and others.

Sarah brings everything that needs to be said and heard together in this book for everyone and anyone in the dating world. I really liked the steps given, many times we just have musings and no specific course or process to follow. I intend to recommend this book and promote it, as I do ministry.

Before I read this book I thought I had a good idea of how to pursue an authentic Christian relationship. I thought praying together and going to Mass together was enough. Just the tip of the iceberg. This book helped me see that I have to always strive for what's best for the other person, especially emotionally. Emotional Virtue has taught me several tips and gave a lot of insight on how to properly be in a good, healthy, and Christian relationship. Read it! You won't regret!
