One of the plates was stuck and impossible to get out.
As far as how well this item works, I can not say - unboxed it, found one of the molds was locked in place and essentially impossible for me to remove. I tried everything I could think of after chipping a nail trying to apply pressure to the lock mechanism (that’s how hard the little ledges that lock in place are to try to release).I was really looking forward to this gadget, but I see now that I will be better off with a more user-friendly approach.
