Pioneer MB-811CBFBLK 8 1/2 Inch by 11 Inch Postbound Fabric Frame Cover Memory Book, Deep Black

Perfect for 8.5x11 borderless photos using HP Premium Plus photo paper. For me, it was easier to just take album apart and then add the photos to the top loading page protectors. Even works well if the photos are laminated. If using laminated photos, ensure the lamination is trimmed to almost the very edges of the photos or else they will not fit. Much easier to insert laminated photos (8.5 x 11) while the album is apart. Note that I have a mixture, so extra extension posts (included with Pioneer RW85 Postbound Top Loading Page Protectors) might be necessary depending on thickness. Also, as a point of reference, the white page insert thickness is much less than that of HP Premium Plus photo paper which is 80 lb.So far I have 50 8.5 x 11 photos in the album and the covers lay nice and flat. I don't see any reason it would not lay flat with more photos provided you have the proper number of extension posts and are not trying to add more of the RW85 page protectors without extending the posts. There is an optimum post size based on how many photos and how many spacers. Best to keep it all snug but not super tight (extension posts too short).The album comes with a thick clear plastic protector which covers the entire outside of the album as well as the top and the bottom covers. This is a high quality album that looks good and is robust enough to handle without the fear of it falling apart. I am very satisfied!

Love these. My only complaint is that other colors only come in smaller sizes than I want. These are only two of the ones that I have made. I like 8 1/2 x 11.

We can't get many photo albums in my country, especially with non-slip-in pages where I can use any size photo. We also liked the fabric cover and were actually thinking of fabric covering an album already. The colour and size were also right. This was really the only vaguely suitable album and we like it.Pros:- Beautiful colour- Fabric cover- Customisable picture sizes and number of pages- Seems sturdyCons:- The fabric will get dirty easily and the cheap plastic cover over it is awful. It is a bit like covering your couch in plastic.- The posts are screwed from both sides, so very difficult to unscrew on your own.- The index page is unusable because the front of it contains instructions and order forms.- There are stickers with the model number all over the inside- I do really wish there was a windowless option. They sell metal badges and that would be far better than a random picture on the front.Also be aware that the inserts you can buy are not exactly the same; the paper is a bit thinner and they don't match size perfectly.We have managed to deal with most of these issues and hopefully it doesn't get dirty on the shelves of the people we give them to.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this to replace my old pioneer album that got water damage. I appreciate that it was just like the old one. Sturdy, presentable, and expandable are what made me order again.As others have mentioned, getting the screws in, especially with extra pages can be difficult, so get help if possible! I also wish it came with a set of expanding screws for when you start up sizing up.

This is a perfect photo book for my 5 x7 pictures. I have been pitting all my christmas cards in here from the past.Its sturdy, simple and exactly what i have been looking for!

I saw a lot of negative feedback about this item, but it is exactly what I wanted. The book comes with a plastic cover that can be removed if you prefer. The red is vivid and gorgeous. I have not added pages yet, but it appears to work as one would expect. I did not use the white pages that are located in each plastic sheet because I wanted to use my own, BUT...the paper I received is thick and could easily be used to write on or which to glue photos.Now, having said all of that, this book will not work for a very large scrapbook with lots of thick entries. When my book is completed, it will only have 15-20 plastic pages in it. It should be great for that amount. Should the increased number of pages make the back spine look "funky," there is included a piece of the red cover material to fit onto the brads and hide the problem.

I was nervous about the reviews on how hard it was to put together. However after working with this album for a few days putting a gift together it goes together the same as any other scrapbook. The negative reviews must have never done any scrapbooking. It was well made and turned out nice.

Well the sku # said 12 x 12 x 12 and an 8 x 8 x 8 arrived - with my spouse annoyed - oh well - guess when I get back home I can send it back.

very good quality photo books that can expand, we use them for kids year school/sports and activities pictures. Very sturdy and can exand very easily.

Está bien construido y es bonito, sin embargo le cabe muy pocas fotografías y el precio me parece alto considerando que álbumes mucho más grandes de la misma marca aquí en Amazon cuestan lo mismo.

Great album. I am using this for my first child's baby book as I want to do his on my own. Glad that I can add extra sheets and do my own thing on the inserts. I bought inserts off of amazon that had beautiful unique patterns and backgrounds only 7 bucks.
