It works even better for me than it says, it holds my shoulder back to proper posture.Even after I took it off my posture seems to be in a correct shape.I started to have pain in the back after working for few hours, but after using Summer Rainbow posture corrector even after working whole day I experienced no pain. It is a big pain relief for me.It fits very easily as i have a huge physique and very easy for the body to adjust to it. The straps are long and suitable for all kind of physique. This back support helps to pull your shoulders back and feels like it is keeping your back straight. Really good for when sitting at the desk with the tendency to slouch forward on a keyboard. Could be made a tad bit smaller for smaller frames. Good, tough material. Over time ought to see improvement in posture.

I have been using this 15 minutes per day. It takes some getting used to, but is way more comfortable than expected! I don’t have any significant posture problems, but I do have arthritis and a low back injury. I wanted this so I would be more conscious of using my abs and core to support my back. Strengthening the front will ultimately support my back and reduce pain. Plus, I always thought correct posture looks lovely, so that’s just a vanity bonus for me!

I purchase correct size for my frame. Really cuts into underarm. The support is there and it I believe it would be effective if I lost fat/muscle off my frame.

It’s really comfortable for her and helps with her back pain from all of the bending and lifting. Not a bad price for this also.

I bought this product to correct my posture but have not used it long enough to see the results

The problem I have is that its not for big guys like me. I have about a 48 - 50 in. Chest. Was not able to use it properly.

It pulls my shoulders back but I can only wear it for just a few minutes at a time because it is very uncomfortable under my arms .
