Nanit Plus Smart Baby Monitor Camera & Wall Mount Plus 1 year of Insights

Had this camera a few weeks now and it is fabulous! I wanted it for a while and managed to get it with a discount and im so glad i spent the extra money instead of going with cheaper alternative. I like that i can play the noise from the nursery in the background on my phone so i can still go on other apps and take a phone call if i need to. The camera is very sensitive, when my baby is asleep even if she moves her arm it will send me a notification. Quite annoying sometimes when you are in the room and it keeps pinging you alerts about movement and sound but very safe and you can change the sensitivity of even turn the camera or sound off if you wish. Also when you set it up you set the cot in place with the app so any moment around the cot wont alert you which is handy because if you have a next to me it wont alert you from your own movement in bed. Camera and sound very clear. It also looks the part! The only downfall is the price, i dont think i would have bought it without the discount, and I personally think it should come with the floor stand and the multi stand instead of having to buy them separate. I would have bought the breathing band but my daughter was 6 months when i bought it and felt though we were kind of past the stage of needing it. I love it gives you a fast foward clip of the night when she got put to sleep and when she woke up in the morning. It tracks her sleep if she got help to go to sleep, if she went to bed herself and when she fell asleep on her own, if someone came in to help her through any point and takes a wee video clip of that aswell, when she woke up, when she got took out the cot etc. It will tell you how long she slept for and give you tips on how to improve her sleep aswell.100%%%% recommend everyone to buy this camera, it is worth the money it’s fantastic, and i hope it serves us a long time! :)

Really love this monitor. The features are great and we can keep an eye on our little one from anywhere. The only downside is that the camera keeps disconnecting from the WiFi

I wouldn’t recommend spending the amount of money they are asking for this.Firstly, they will ask you to pay a subscription after the first year to get any of the smart functionally, making it a ver expensive video camera.Secondly it is flakey and slow, sometime you just can’t connect to it because it’s sending the video stream to the cloud and their network is under performing. Updates they conduct at US night time can be really inconvenient in the UK, and can render the camera useless.Thirdly it is useless as a travel camera as it is demands a WiFi network and is picky about what it works with.Fourthly, the alerts they send about movement and sound are not comforting but add to anxiety when worrying about babies sleep.

We seen reviews on this product and thought great just what we need …. An expensive product so should be good. So after decorating the nursery I placed the camera on the wall (which will now ruin the nice wallpaper when removed) after 7 days the camera just wouldn’t connect, rang customer help line and the sent new camera out. Great what a service! However 1 week later same again broken won’t connect, called customer service again this time was told sorry you have had this product too long and we won’t help. So all that money down the drain …. We use a £30 monitor now and it works great….. Trust me don’t waste your money

Really disappointed with the product which kept breaking and stopped monitoring. I had to call customer services several times and the only number provided is from the USA which is extremely expense to call. Also the multi stand does not let you use insight which is the whole reason we bought the product.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Product does not work or disconnects without notice and will not reconnect making it very unsafe for your baby. Just look at trust pilot reviews or Facebook reviews for proof.Stay clear. Amazon should not be selling this.
