The Secret Series Complete Collection Paperback – October 2, 2012

Daughter enjoyed going from book to book. She is amazing enjoying learning to read at her speed.

My daughter absolutely loves these books.

I bought the box set for my 8.5 year old who loves mystery and adventure. She said she loved it after reading the first two pages, and didn't put it down until she finished it in one day! In her own words, this book has 're-awakened her love for reading.' She previously read the 'Judy Moody' series and was re-reading those books she she hadn't found anything exciting apart from those. She is an advanced reader; at the same time, didn't understand fully the meaning of some words like 'plausible' and 'supernatural' but this is also a good way to learn new words through use of a dictionary. She's already on book two, and will likely finish it the same day :) Five stars!!

Children love them

we had a good reader on our hands who was bored...even with such great reads as '39 clues' and 'warriors'. we found book one of the 'secret' series in the local library, quite by accident, and our son, finn, devoured it. it is a book that pushes the boundaries and truly surprises readers by offering things like alternative chapter endings, paragraphs that are spaced differently, bolded or offered in strange fonts, footnotes that are surprising, humorous and speak directly to the reader in first person, and recipes, silly illustrations (even a comic book segment in the middle of one book) and glossaries or, at the end of book 3 - "max-ernest's one hundred hellos" (in many different languages).bottom line, this is for the kid who enjoys adventure but who has an active and smart brain. such fun!

My daughter loves these books, so I bought her this collection. Unfortunately, the box is too tightand we are not able to put all books inside the box again.

I was unsure of the book set at first because “what if there cheap quality and (etc)” but I got them anyway and they turned out to be in good shape just a little damaged on the top but that’s all 🤩

My 8 years old daughter loves it. It's quirky and funny. She highly recommend.
