TricoExact Fit 19 Inch Pack of 1 Conventional Automotive Replacement Wiper Blade For Car (19-1)

I've had about 5 different types of wiper blades on my car because I'm always looking for something that works better or last longer the next time. You see, wiper blades are a pain. The only last about 6 months on average and they often leave streaks of water in places they didn't wipe properly. At least this has been the case over the last 5 years that I've owned my Saturn L300. I've used Rainx wipers, Bosch, another types that was given to me by a local dealer and now these. The no name ones I got from the dealer were similar in design to these but worked better than all of the wipers I've used. Rainx came in a close second place and then these fall in behind in third place. These wipers are great but leave the tiniest bit of streak across the windshield that's noticeable to me. It might not be noticeable to others and maybe it will even go away soon. It's hard to say. I've had them on now for a week and even cleaned off the windshield and applied some Rainx Invisible Windshield Wiper to the windshield beforehand...and there's STILL a streak. Other than that streak, they're great. It really is minor, which is why I gave the wipers 4 stars.

I've used Trico blades in the past and have gotten at least average performance out of them. I selected this hoping it would match my existing OEM blades. All replacement blades should fit exactly with the right fitting installed, but what's the point if it does not match the OEM blade in appearance? This one was not quite the same, but close enough for my taste. The problem was that I needed two blades, each of a different length. The other Exact Fit did not match my OEM blade in appearance, and did not look like this one either. For me, that defeated the purpose. A minor quibble is that they were not the exact length of the originals, which would not affect anything, but it doesn't seem appropriate given the name. Having one blade with a vented appearance and another with a smooth appearance was a bigger issue since the blades simply didn't look like they belonged on the same vehicle.I ended up sending this back since the other blade would not work for me, and I bought the  Trico 16-190 NeoForm Wiper Blade with Teflon  instead. It matched just as well, if not better. The default fitting was as close to the OEM one as I needed and it installed in seconds. It's a Teflon blade too. You should check prices, since they fluctuate, but the other might be close enough in price that it's worth getting that better blade.All they mean by Exact Fit is that the connector is the correct one for your vehicle. Chances are that would be true for any of their other blades. But the others contain alternate connectors in case the replacement does not fit. Changing the connector is a minor issue, and I would imagine that anybody who would have problems doing that would most likely be asking for help replacing blades anyway.

They arrived fast. They are good Quality an the instructions for installation was easy to understand. When it comes time to replace them I will be buying the same brand.

I run 19" wipers on my Cherokee (XJ). Even though are marked as not fitting my vehicle, they work just fine. I had my previous set on for actually just over a year now and decided to get the same set once again. While not the longest lasting wipers I've had, they certainly did the job. I also happened to get the same model for my rear wiper (11") and it fit perfectly too. So I found what I'll be installing all the way around.
