Surprisingly long lasting foot straps.
Keeps my feet in place and easily adjusts for different shoes. I've been using these almost daily for about 4 years. They still function perfectly; the velcro has lasted surprisingly long, but there's definitely some wear and tear. Most of that comes from pedaling before getting my feet in the straps and they scrape on the ground. The color has also faded quite a bit from repeated sun/rain exposure, but you can still tell what color they are.

A solid, well-priced strap
I've had these foot straps on my fixed gear bike for months now, and I have really enjoyed using them. These are strong and durable straps, and do exactly what they are advertised to. I have not encountered any stretching of the fabric, and the Velcro holds extremely tight. I have never had them come loose during a ride, but they are still a breeze to get in and out of. Make sure you get them installed properly, otherwise you will notice that your foot tends to slide out under heavy braking. The only issue that has arisen is related to the metal tabs on the end of each strap. While these tabs would seem to improve durability, they tend to catch and scrape on the pavement during tight turns. This quickly removed the shiny coating, and has caused them to rust quickly since. This is mostly an astetic issue though, it has no effect on how the straps actually function.Overall, these area a great option if you are looking for foot retention under $20.

Nice Straps But One Problem
The straps are well made. Sometimes when you go around tight corners the silver metal on the strap scraps the ground... This scraping is probably a safety feature and appreciated. But be warned that these Pure Fix Pro Foot Straps did not fit the Wellgo pedals my PureCycles fixed gear bike came equipped with. I had to modify (read trim/cut) the straps to fit the pedals and also widen pedal holes slightly. You could also just by Wellgo pedal straps instead but I did not want to bother with a return and I liked the PureFix Straps better. (the two parts of the straps that lace through the pedal openings are about 7/8 of an inch wide (approx 22mm) each. Each strap has two of these laces. The strap itself is 2 inches wide.

Good enough so far
Solid straps at a low price. They haven't come undone yet. The branding is large, but doesn't look bad. I was not expecting metal tips on the ends of the straps, but I suppose it keeps them looking good. The hook-and-loop grips strong and has not yet come undone. I've only used these for a couple of days, but no marks on my shoes yet.No, they are not as solid as clipless pedals, but I like that I don't need special shoes to get a little bit more power and stopping ability on my fixed gear bike.Installation actually confused me a bit, I feel really stupid but I kept inserting them backwards or upside down when trying to match the alignment of the pedal logos. I'm glad I looked up a video, because I would not have known to cross the two smaller straps in an X-pattern as is suggested.

Dry out too easily
Some colors are better quality than others (thicker and smoother with a more consistent flow), while others are pale and runny. They dry out really quickly. If you forget to put on the top, you may as well toss it.

Stylish, solid product.
Pros:-works as advertised-stylish design-super solid quality (strength-wise)cons:-average, not the best quality (design wise)-slightly confusing to the average person how to put these on some pedals.---I like the strength of these pedal's fabric. It is more than enough for the average cyclist. However, possibly the way they were put together or sew makes the edges prone to "split ends". It's not too bad, but if you're looking for perfection, buy a more expensive product. The quality to price ratio for this product, in my opinion, is pretty good. It's a feasible price to pay for what you get.I bought these alongside the "Diamondback Sound Pedal (Black Alloy, 9/16 - Inch, Pack of 2)" product looking to replace the out of the box pedals my fixed-gear bicycle came with, so I can skid better. If you're looking for really solid straps, just go for these.

I've owned them for two weeks now and love them! They definitely help the pull up when riding up hills in SF and my feet fit nice and snug in the strapping however I haven't had to readjust it since I set them to my size. I took off the star because some of the stitching is already starting to come undone.

Used them to replace broken exercise bike straps (interestingly they broke 5 days apart and duct tape worked for a while). The Vision Bike has plastic clips right on the pedal so these didn't work. However with the "U" strap design they do go around the mounting bolt and with a little time and patience they can be set to the right tension

Not bad
It’s ok. Half the time I had trouble putting my shoes through because it’s not as sturdy and would flop around. Got a set of leathers (oopsmark/pedal head) after and it made a world of difference.

Do not fit standard Pure Fix Pedals
Despite being Pure Fix Pedal straps these do not fit wellgo pedals (what i believe to be the standard pedal used by Pure Fix). I resorted to cutting the straps to get them to pass through the pedals.Once through the pedals i find the velcro of straps to hold but i am not confident in them.I would recommend buying cages instead

stopping power
Switched from a thin strap / rat cage set up to these, and its a huge difference. Strong, easy to install, and really responsive. I'm not a fancy cool guy doing skid stops and whatever, but sometimes I end up doing a small skid, using these, I would assume if you are into tricks, these are great...at least they smoke that terrible set up I had before. I have wide feet too and these fit fine.
