This product was exactly what i needed. It's pivot function is my favorite part but I can't say there is anything about it that I don't like. The build is really strong, the plugs have enough space between them, and the fact that they are 3 prong is icing on the cake.

I use these for my smart plugs as the plug itself already protrudes so much on its own when against furniture.

I've had this style of swivel wall adapters before. I use the for Christmas lights and smaller temporary projects since this style of adapter is usually flimsy and I don't trust them for long term use, but these are different.These are actually really well made and feel very solid. Very small in form factor as well. I am very impressed with the quality of these. At this price point I was not expecting that. With these I don't think there would be any problems with long term use in heavier applications.

These are larger than they need to be. Yes, they, like many others, send your cords downwards or upwards but they have nodules on them that stick out and they are bulkier than any others I have. You won't want them anywhere they could be seen. Go to Home Depot or Lowes and you can get three-prong outlet extenders that are much slimmer. All have the same width between plugs.

This plug is exactly what I wanted. The biggest deal for me was it holds 3 plugs pushed all the way in, solidly, with a little room to spare. The other one I had purchased had the receptacle holes too close together; I couldn't fit three plugs of different shapes in it at the same time. This one's a winner.ONE YEAR LATER: Still perfect. I have three things plugged into two or three of them and have had no problems, that is no breakage, no scorching as with some others.

Grounded swivel outlet taps, surprisingly, are hard to find. None of the hardware stores seem to have them, even through special order.Because of the ground, it is not as slim as the 2 prong ones, but it does the job. They seem to be well made and the price was reasonable.

So I've gotten into smart plugs, and smart plug + the thing plugged into it = a huge bulk sticking out from the wall! I use the flexibility of these wall taps between my wall and the smart outlet to get things pointing down instead of out. works perfectly!

We need one the flipped down out of the way AND has grounding (3prong Jack). This 4 pack was a huge bargain. This is the product you need.
