Beautiful clock! Great quality and totally silent...no noise or ticking. It's keeping perfect time, perfect size for my den and a great price!

We received a replacement clock. Upgrading from 2 to 5 Stars. It's beautiful and sleek. It's eye catching and we have received a ton of positive feedback on it. The new clock runs, well, like clockwork. It has not gained or lost any time at all in 7 days of constant use as a clock should. It's a brilliant design and I am very happy to have given them another chance after the faulty mechanism.Former Review: The clock is beautiful. It is exactly as pictured. It's a focal point and I have received many compliments. Unfortunately it looses about 35 minutes per day. I have changed batteries 8 times and it's still disfunctional. The problem with a beautiful clock that you place on display for people to see is that they constantly remind you that your clock is slow. So now I am paranoid and check it like every 8-12 minutes. I will probably ask for a resolution as this is a bit maddening.

Amendment Jan. 6,2021- The clock has started to run slow, no matter how many times I change the battery. The mechanism in the back does not have clear access with screws and appears to be attached with glue, so I cannot investigate without damaging it. Now it's junk, so my rating has gone down to one star after being four.This clock looks amazing! It runs silently, which was very important to me, and is keeping accurate time. The packaging was really great at protecting it from any in-transit damage and it came with some unusual parts to hang it. I did not need them, so I can’t comment on them. My only gripe is that it’s a bit difficult to read when the hands are in the area of the similarly colored wood part on the face of the clock. I took off a star for rating this. I needed this about 12 feet up a wall, so viewing it at this distance and trying to distinguish where the hands are becomes a guess. I don’t think it would be as big of a deal if you had it lower to the ground. As another reviewer said, it’s not super sturdy, but the packaging keeps it very safe and who cares once it’s on the wall.

Looks cool, is silent, does it's job. A little expensive, but everything is nowadays.

Moreover, the directions did not match the item! E.g., they directed the user to insert the AA battery the wrong way. They referred to a second hand, which the clock didn't have. They did, however, send a new clock (again, with the wrong instructions!), which works and looks nice. No return of the non-working clock was asked for. The company should get its act together. I am sure I am not the first buyer to point out the mismatch between clock and instructions. This item might have gotten a 5 except for the false start.

So, truth be told, I thought this clock was glass (clear) with a frame, so I obviously misread the description.I still really like it and it keeps very good time.I put this in my kitchen for which I do like a second (sweep) hand, which this does not have.It's a nice (time) piece.

This was the 2nd or 3rd white clock I ordered and finally liked this one for my newly renovated kitchen! Great quality, is a little different and goes great in my space.
