This is what is stated but even having measured it out, it seems smaller. It is awkward, if not difficult, to put a plastic liner in but it can be done. I had purchased this for a waste container. It does not hold it's shape. It is OK.

This is perfect for you vehicle. I can fit little trash bags into it, although it’s water proof I prefer a trash bag, there’s little hooks on the outside to keep the trash bag held up so it doesn’t sink in. It hooks on your headrest and is adjustable. I am so happy I got this. I haven’t had any leaks with it yet. Great investment!

This replaced a long-handled reusable shopping bag. I like that the trash is enclosed. The baffles for the hole are pliable, unlike others I saw that had reviews complaining about them breaking.

It’s nice, but a bit smaller than I’d like. But on the plus side it makes us empty the trash more often, so the car stays clean and doesn’t smell. I also just wish it had a way to keep the trash bag secure and in place.

This trash can changed my life. My truck is tidier, which has helped my self-esteem. Nothing says “slob” like having gum wrappers and tissues fall out when you open the door to meet with a client. (Who knows how much business that has cost me?) Also looks pretty slick, which makes me feel cool. It saves me time: I change the bag about once per week or so, whereas I used to dedicate several minutes every day to picking up assorted refuse in my car. The elimination of even one small daily task makes life easier. It has reinforced my toddlers independence because she can throw away her own damn candy wrappers. My diet has improved and I feel slimmer because I used hit the drive thru at least once a week just for the big makeshift trash bag on my passenger floor. Speaking of passengers, i expect that my social life will thrive (after COVID is over) because I will be able to drive peeps around without the obligatory disclaimer “oh you can step on that, it’s all trash”. I was able to give one as a gift with a cutesy note and it really brightened my friends day.More relevant: easy to install, looks sharp, quality construction, flaps conceal yo nasty refuse, easy to secure liner bags, side pockets are a nice touch.Would recommend 👍

I love it. I had another trash bag for the car, but it was smaller and it hung in the knee place for backseat passengers. This one fits between the seats behind the center arm rest of the front seats, it is always in easy reach of anyone in the car. Wish I had bought it sooner.

my old, round, very large, pop up trash can was starting to break down... lets be honest, its been around long enough to move into 5 cars that ive owned. the metal ring on the top had started to pop out and my boyfriend thought that it might eventually poke a hole in the seat. instead of fixing it, I said I would just look for 1 that was rectangle and stood up on its own without having to be attached to anything. in comes this little guy. is he smaller than my last can? yes. does he stand up on his own? yes does he have a lid so stuff doesnt spill out? yes. am I happy with the way he fits on the backseat floor and how he looks? yes. would I buy another 1 five cars from now? yes. so I guess all around he's a winner. Brilliant keeps car tidy. Especially at this time with numerous face masks being used as well as antiseptic wipes. Would recommend for all cars with children as passengers.
