Centric Premium 120.40072 Automotive Replacement Rear Brake Rotor Fits Select Acura, Honda

I put these coated Centric rotors all the way around on my wife's 2010 pilot and used with "Wagner quick stop ceramic pads". I immediately felt the difference In stopping, especially when in mountains and when towing.I frequently tow a 2500 lb trailer with no brakes and it made a huge difference. I had one trip from Pittsburgh to Maine with the trailer too. It's now approaching 3 years and over 30,000 miles later and I could not be happier with the purchase. Braking isn't quite as good as new, but still very good and no rotor warping AT ALL. I will definitely use both again. The coating holds up very well.As a side note, make sure to take time to clean and lube all slide points on pads and pins. I just did some service on one wheel so i recleaned and lubed the brakes. The pads were still about 70%.Update Sept 2020: Now 5 years old with about 60k miles. All still good. No pulsation at all. Just pulled all wheels before my state inspection. Pads are about 25%. Im going to replace them and keep these rotors on after cleaning them up a little. Still NO pulsation at all. I included a pic of these 5 year old rotors. The coating has held up well except on the rotor itself as you'd expect. I'm very impressed with the quality.

Centric rotors are amongst the best daily drivers rotors you can get, emphasis on the daily driver, these are not for the track.The corrosion coating is pretty good for those of us living in an area that gets heavily salted in the winter. But, what really makes these rotors a step above almost all others in this segment is the cross hatching on the rotor face.The cross hatching does several things. It gives the pad a little more bite on the rotor, improving stopping power. It also wears the pads more evenly, and nearly eliminates any squealing. But, the most important aspect is that the cross hatching prevents grooving in the rotor, reducing warping, vibration, and prolonging the life of the rotor. You don’t realize the importance of this cross hatching until you have had it, then try to go back to a smooth rotor. I can also say that the cross hatching lasts. I did a brake job on my Camry with Centric rotors months ago and the cross hatching is still there.Amazing.

I installed these on a 2014 Honda Odyssey. They were a perfect fit.Breaking performance is excellent with no noise, vibrations, or brake fade.

Great rotors at a great price. The powder coated hats not only look great with "large windowed" wheels.....they also prevent the corrosion which sometimes will freeze the wheel to the rotor. This is the 5th set of Centric rotors I've purchased and I've been completely satisfied with each and every set.

Great quality replacement rotor for my Acura MDX. This model has the rust inhibiting coating. The stopping power is excellent. Best of all this does not appear to be cheap Chinese steel.

Easy installation with great results. No more shaking when braking. The disk looks thick so it should last longer without warping as the OEM one.
