I have no problems with the product itself. I have a problem with the way amazon ships it. Each time I order they arrive all broken. I cannot use for company or friends. Might be better to send this product in a cardboard box.

Excellent product. Horrible shipper did not wrap anything stuck a bag of candy in a cardboard box and shipped it out of Miami didn't give one thought as to the care of my product coming in.

Ghirardelli is the best chocolate. I feel they will get the short end of the stick on this review. The quality of the candy is superb but the packaging and the shipping ruined it. The bag came smashed like a pancake. The candy was smashed and broken. I will eat the candy but I will go elsewhere to buy this next time. Amazon has gotten terrible about packaging and shipping their product They can not handle shipping anything that cant be wet or busted up.

Ghirardelli chocolates are always a good choice. When I lived in Woodland CA we liked to drive to SF and go to Ghirardelli Square. Wow! A chocolate lovers dream

The chocolates had obviously melted and solidified into a misshapen mess. Not even edible given they are supposed to be filled with caramel and now they are just a blob of brown sugary grossness. So glad I checked them before giving them as a gift.

Creamy smooth chocolate and silky caramel....just wish they could ship all year round
