Your description reads that glucoraphanin (100mg) is converted to sulforaphane (sfn). how much actual sfn per capsule after convertion?

Thank you for your inquiry. Glucoraphanin is the precursor to sulforaphane, which has been identified as the most beneficial compound in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables. The enzyme myrosinase is required to convert glucoraphanin to sulforaphane. WHY MYROSINASE IS IMPORTANT- Broccoli seed supplements containing glucoraphanin are of little benefit unless converted to sulforaphane. Without myrosinase, conversion is dependent upon microflora of the gastrointestinal tract. A recent study by Johns Hopkins University showed when people were given glucoraphanin alone, they only received an average of about 10 percent benefit. However, when the same people were given live, active myrosinase along with glucoraphanin (truebroc), the benefit they received increased to 30-45 percent. These estimates are according to the most recent John Hopkins studies. --- This shows that you can expect to receive at MINIMUM a 30% Sulforaphane conversation from our supplement. The pill is a medium size capsule 1/4" in diameter and 3/4" long. That may sound big but it's easy to swallow.

How can 1 capsule have more than 3 x the glucoraphanin than other products also using Truebroc?

I'm not sure what products you are referring to exactly, but I pulled up a couple on Amazon advertising the patented Truebroc formula and the product you're referring to had more than 3x's of a northern brand due to higher milligrams per serving. That would be the most significant difference. I don't think they mean 3x's higher than all brands but are 3x's higher than your average brands offering this ingredient.
