Q: I got the neck speakers today, sound is good, however i hear continues buzz sound from left speaker all time when ON

please try to reset the speaker. Firstly, power on the speaker. Secondly, plug the charging cable into the speaker, let it charge for about 10 seconds, the speaker would power off on their own. Finally, unplug the cable and power on the speaker and pair again.

Q: I'm looking for something to use to listen to my hypnosis apps by surfcity apps, will this work while laying around?

Hmmm...it might it would work for that but it won't be that comfortable. The neckband is rigid, hard plastic. I doubt it will feel good on your neck while in bed. Perhaps reclined in a chair would be better. I've only used mine standing or sitting listening to music or conference calls.

Q: Is this bone conduction audio technology?

No, it is light clear audio, No bone app transducers, that might be what you are looking for in the more expensive units and if you are using for music which I am not.
