Perfect, perfect, perfect! I love it!
Glass mug if fabulous! Easy to clean, sturdy, microwave, and refrigerate. Holds no odors. I do not put in the dishwasher. I love how I can use it at my bedside for water at night or at my desk during the day. I can drink out of the small cup or use it as a large mug. Hot tea, coffee, ice water, it's perfect. No more plastic bottles or thin glasses. This is not a mug to throw around, it is glass. Sturdy glass. No leaks, doesn't chip easy. I've had it for awhile and it's pretty easy to care for with no worries. Arrived well packaged. I will be buying more.

Good size, Works great
This is a good pitcher for sweet tea and great for a single person who doesn't need a full-size pitcher. It doesn't take up too much room and it fits in the refrigerator with ease. Plus, even though its glass, it is not too heavy to pull out with one hand.

Worth It
I had previously kept a glass bottle of water on my nightstand, but I wanted something more elegant. This carafe isn't lovely like some of the crystal ones I saw, but for the price, it's worth buying. It feels more fragile than glassware should, but so far, I haven't had any issues.

Pretty good
I like this mug. I fill it up with water then pour it into the cup to drink. I fill it twice a day and feel like I'm getting the recommended amount of water that way. I keep it at my desk where I am working from home and can just keep refilling the cup. It looks nice and it has a good weight. It's fancy. I pretend I'm a sophisticated lady when I drink it. I like it because I hate drinking from plastic or metal bottles.

I use it every day
Update: I’ve noticed a weird smell after it being closed and sitting for several days. The smell comes out after washing. I think the smell comes from the black rubber part. I only use it for water yet the smell comes from being closed.I use it every day it sits on my nightstand. I like the glass vibe and enjoy that the cover turns to a cup. I am carful with it because it’s glass so I don’t want to break it. I’m having a hard time to get used to using the cup due to the fact that I’ve been using reusable straws every day since 2019. My current straws don’t fit in it. I tend to fill it all the way up with water and when I take it to my room of course I tend to move the cup around; so when I first open it up to get water it tends to spill water. sometimes I do have trouble taking the cap/cup off to open it especially when I have long nails. But I do like this cup it replaced my 16oz. Reusable plastic cup. I originally got it for its size so I won’t have to go downstairs in the middle of the night to refill it. I don’t have that issue anymore. I am able to drink water throughout the night without having to refill my cup. I only use it for water.

Sill A Great Mug, But...
I use this for bubble tea. I use about a cup of dry boba, and this easily accommodates that size of drink. A standard eight inch straw will work, but barely. A ten inch straw is much better. The glass cover is superfluous for me, but it's nice to have. The seal seems adequate. I hand wash it, and it is easy to clean and dry. It seems like it might be easy to break because the glass is so thin, but I like the thinness. Plus, I take care of my stuff, so with a little care, breakage should not be a problem. I'm very happy with it so far.Addendum: It is easy to break! One soft tap against a stone countertop, and it broke. My fault entirely. Buying another one today. My suggestion is wash by hand and be careful.

Great water pitcher
Love this pitcher. Great size. Pours easy into own glass. Seems very fragile but very versatile. I use it every day.

Good and bad
The glass jar/mug is fine but the little cup that fits over the top (like a thermos cup would) broke about 5 seconds out of the box. The same thing happened with the second one I ordered. I don't really care and probably wouldn't have used the small cup, but I did pay for it, after all.
