No it can't you would need a printer that uses Edible inks - these are usually Canon printers for this type of printing / ink.

Hi, this printer is suitable for producing prints that are heat press transferred onto white polyester fabrics but sadly does not work for cotton fabrics.

Can you print on dark colours?

With this package using the paper provided no, but alternative media is available to allow sublimation on to dark materials (Subli-Flex 202 is a popular choice for dark fabric sublimation)
